Jul 15,2022I have just picked up my new car from Partridge and I have to say that the experience was brilliant from start to finish. Dillon Mellor looked after every aspect of the sale and went out of his way to assist me with everything and even made time to come to my house to get a some paperwork finished. His manager Jason was also very helpful and i would highly recommend Dillon to anyone looking to purchase a BWM.

Jul 14,2022I recently purchased a used vehicle from Partridge BMW and found the whole process to be smooth efficient and effective. I dealt with several staff during the process, however Andy Smith was my principle contact. The vehicle was prepared to an excellent standard and when I arrived to collect the vehicle, after travelling for three and a half hours, I was dealt with attentively and the whole process was smooth and undertaken in a timely manner and I was on my way home a very happy customer, having been provided with clear guidance and instructions in relation the the vehicle being purchased. A big thank you to the Partridge team and in particular Andy.

Fantastic selection of used cars that are presented to a high standard, one of the best car showrooms I went to when looking for a new car. Friendly team from first introductions to sales and happy to spend time listening to my requirements and explaining the BMW brand. Great buying experience and feel they will be on hand should I have any concerns. If you are thinking of buying a BMW or just want to find out more about a fantastic car brand then, Partridge is definitely the BMW garage to go to.

Jul 07,2022Car arrived in good condition, whilst the interior was very clean the outside was dirty (although maybe affected during delivery transit). I requested a specific 90 minute period during the day to avoid due to other commitments, unfortunately the driver arrived in this exact period which was disappointing. Overall happy with the service.

Happy to give me the keys and let me look around the car and even start it up before my sales executive Dillon was introduced to me. Dillon was friendly and knowledgeable. Showed me around the car and we went for a test drive. Not pushy at all. Offered me a comparable deal to another dealership. 5 days later and the car is everything it was promised to be. Used Partridge before for a mini purchase and I am glad I’ve used them for my BMW purchase.
