May 13,2022I have had a BMW iX3 on order since Nov 2021, delivery timeline is getting close and I can't wait for it to arrive. I have been kept regularly updated by Zdenek Kalok from sales. Good service is what buying premium vehicles is about.

May 13,2022I have dealt with Partridge Hampshire with regards to a recent BMW order and have to insist that I have never received such professional, courteous and outstanding service from a dealer. The girls I dealt with were all superb and eager to help. Stephanie Morley, Georgie Dymond and Izabela Lazi in particular are exemplars of customer service and I insisted on getting their names so that I could praise them on this site. From what I can gather, though, all of your employees are incredibly competent and I felt completely reassured when speaking to them that my queries would be handled efficiently. Would strongly recommend Partridge to anyone I know!

May 11,2022After just having my BMW delivered to my door from Dean at Partridge BMW I cant express how easy, professional and fantastic the service was. Done most of the paper work digitally which was super easy. Dean was really helpful and polite throughout the whole purchase. My new car arrived in pristine condition, in a covered lorry transporter, so like it just left the showroom. Handover was a doddle. They took my old car in part ex and gave me a very competive price. Dean also phoned me soon as I had the car to make sure everything was OK. Great service overall and will definitely be looking at Partridge of Hampshire BMW next time I'm looking to change. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
