Aug 23,2024Really lovely mango wood bench from Pavilion Broadway. Beautiful piece and arrived very well packaged to protect it in transit. Full marks also to Scott and James the delivery drivers who were brilliant. Arrived on time and phoned in advance before they arrived. They even offered me a lift up my drive.

Jun 16,2024Myself and my partner have ordered a fireplace log holder which is beautiful but has a dent in the metal. I have contacted Pavillion Broadway but got no answer over the phone and left a voicemail giving all of my details for them to get back to me. After 4 days I am still awaiting a response. The quality of the item is great but there is a small dent in the side of the basket which is very visible.

Mar 28,2024I don't often write reviews, as there is always an excuse why I don't get round to it! I had to sit down and write this straight away. We were fortunate enough to have Scott and Gareth visit our home today. (My choice of words here is careful and deliberate! They didn't 'deliver' our furniture, they did so much more than this.) Scott and Gareth have to be 2 of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. The positives are so many - friendly, polite, punctual, helpful, informative, professional, kind, caring, great with dogs (!), considerate, exceptional manners. I could go on. You don't often meet people in life like these 2. I sincerely hope that Pavilion Broadway know, recognise and appreciate what they have in Gareth and Scott. I would be so lucky, if my business was represented by Gareth and Scott. Thank you so much Scott and Gareth. I hope to have the pleasure of meeting you both again.

Mar 26,2024We have a problem. My wife ordered a table but didn't get any response to confirm the order. Two weeks later I got an email telling us it was to be despatched but, by then, I had given up and bought and received an identical item elsewhere. I rang and asked for delivery to be stopped and the order cancelled but they have delivered the unwanted items and want to charge me £20 to return it. They seem incapable of accepting that it was a failure in their order system which caused the problem and every time I ring I get a different person. Very frustrating and I won't buy from them again.

Mar 04,2024Wonder, traditional service. Had a slight problem with one of the dining chairs I ordered. Emailed and got a reply immediately. Spare part posted out straight away. So refreshing to find a company with good, “old fashioned” customer service and beautiful products. Can’t recommend enough.

It was refreshing to be asked if they should removed their shoes, rather than me having to ask, and they also took their time to make sure everything was right and I was happy before they left. Feb 08,2024I ordered the Cotswold Extending Dining Table 200-250cm and two Cotswold Side Table with Drawer which were delivered yesterday by Gareth and Scott. I am delighted with the tables and very grateful to the two delivery men for their courtesy and professionalism. They assembled the 3 tables, positioned them where I wanted them and then cleaned up after themselves. Bravo for this excellent service. Thank you
