I always say that the after sales service is the most important. A piece of furniture arrived slightly damaged which must have happened in transit. PB immediately exchanged it without any fuss. that is what I call after sales service. Their furniture is out of this world I would not go anywhere else. We had some unfortunate issues with our sofa and David, Sue and the other staff were incredibly helpful in resolving those issues. Their customer service is faultless and I cannot praise them highly enough.
Item was sent that was faulty. To the company's credit they sent a replacement that was not faulty. The problem I have is that I had to wait around at home for the replacement to be delivered, and wait around at home a second day for the faulty item to be collected. I was told that if I paid for the postage of the faulty item, so save me time, I would not be reimbursed, and that they would not use a different courier service either, who could be more specific about an arrival time. This transaction has therefore wasted a lot of my time, and the company weren't willing to be flexible to prevent that from happening.
