Pavilion Broadway both delivered and assembled it for us. In addition, in our experience the staff in the store are very helpful and friendly.

Jun 04,2022Hereford Mid Century Armchair In Pebble. Ordered 2 of these chairs, arrived on time. Staff very polite and helpful. But, unfortunately we found the chairs to be nothing like the ones we ordered, or the picture description that was shown. I phoned straight away for them to be collected and returned. I was told this would be arranged from their end. I was amazed to be told there was a collection charge of £80!!! I have now phoned twice, sent 2 emails and no response. Hopefully they will be in touch soon to arrange collection.
