Feb 04,2022Fantastic service. Penji is a complete package for all of our designing needs. The price structure for services they offer is affordable. The quality of work is worth the money. I have great products that needs to be presented in a precise manner, I thought I was doing fine but it was not up to satisfaction until I received what Penji was doing. My first project did not go pretty well because of poor branding, but then I got paired with a new designer and worked out amazingly well. Penji helped me create a broader concept of services we provide. I would definitely recommend Penji as I am pleased with it and my business has excellent feedback.

Feb 03,2022We started working with Penji a few weeks ago and in comparison with other online design programs that we have tried in the past, Penji is by far the most advanced. As a hotel business with various food and drink outlets we are in need of new designs for our menus, flyers and other marketing and promotional material on regular basis. Even our existing designs can be altered and changed by the Penji team, which is definitely a bonus. After initial conversations with the Penji team, we subscribed for the “Team” option, which from the three options given, yields the best value for money and fitted both my requirements and budget. The user interface, and overall platform in general, is easy to use and navigate, even for a less tech say person like myself. The interactions that I and my colleagues had so far with the design and support team have been swift and professional. When needing to reach a deadline this is definitely the kind of assistance I require, especially when last minute changes are needed. What I really appreciate about the Penji team members is that they take the time to understand the nature of your business and take you feedback on board whilst working with you in finding the best design for each and every requirement that you have. Overall, we can only but recommend Penji for what it is and represents, a great graphic design service with an excellent team of dedicated designers who are a pleasure to work with.

Jan 25,2022We signed up for Penji 2 months ago after hearing about the non-profit give back. They offer 3 months of unlimited graphic design for $1 dollar a month. This is our last month and we will be signing up for a monthly subscription because the service is awesome. If you're a non-profit or for profit that is need of great designers to take your brand to the next level, we suggest you give Penji a try!

Jan 21,2022This was my first experience outsourcing our design work as a media company to a service like Penji. We used to do all of our work in house, but had to make some drastic changes as our team failed to reach expectations. I really wish i found the Penji team sooner because they have been nothing but an absolute blessing. Amazing high quality work from all their designers., fantastic communication from every level of the their team (support, account manager, designers) and a such an easy process to get ideas executed fast and efficiently. I can provide 3-5 paragraphs of exact details of what im looking for and they execute near perfectly on the first try. I can even tell them to use their creative freedom for harder ideas and they come up with some fantastic mockups. All in all, Penji has been an absolute life saver in being able to have a team that we can trust and rely on with the utmost professionalism. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for something new!

Jan 20,2022Penji provides a great service! It took me a couple of tries to learn how to communicate effectively our design aesthetic but once we got that sorted it has been smooth sailing! Throughout the process, designers are patient and willing to do any revisions requested. We have been very happy with the designs we have gotten and very much appreciate the ease of the interface and process. I also like that you get the design files, so if you want to make small revisions in the future that is easy to do.

The creators have all been very easy to work with and quick to make things happen and do any edits that we asked for. We appreciate their help in revamping our logo!

So far Penji has been able to provide quality work as per my set standards. What I have loved about Penji is that it allows me to submit as many projects as possible with a delivery period of less than 48 hours. This helps me with my overall business as I am fast paced. In addition, all completed projects are downloadable within my dashboard. So far I am a happy client, feel lucky that Penji understood my brands and after following my direction. I would highly recommend Penji to others.

Service was prompt with quick turn around times. I love using Penji because it allows me to create unlimited projects unlink some other sites that charge you per design. There's also multiple options available to choose from. The process is easy and straight forward which is exactly what I need! Definitely worth the value. Great for start up brands like my own or busy advanced companies looking to expand or build through graphic design. My designer worked very close with me making sure every detail was understood and captured. My team loved sharing content and swapping ideas with our designer. I was able to invite as many people as I wanted onto the projects which was nice since I have a large team of various members on board. Another great thing about Penji is that you can cancel at anytime without any hidden fees. Thank Goodness! I have a hectic life and I don't like being committed to contacts. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that I can put a pause or stop to my designs when I need to or when I run out of projects. We continue to grow as a business, thanks to the hard working dedicated Penji team, who are always available, and quick to respond. Penji is by far the best designers, using the latest technology and techniques to surpass my expectations. We now have a new logo thanks to Penji, and was able to create t-shirt and coffee mug designs, as well as brochures and flyers. We are able to use the formats for high quality sublimation and 3D printing. Penji great design work was compatible with our state of the art printers and machines. Ten out of ten. Nov 16,2021So far, so good. For us, Penji seems to be working great. Quick turnaround, verbatim what we ask for, and the experience allows us to focus on other projects and take pressure off our design team. Penji is good for fulfilling already developed projects or ideas - not original concepts, but taking your ideas (even sketching them will help) and getting most of the work done is a lifesaver. We polish up their basic work but the process saves us an incredible amount of time. Usually we can get a basic design in about 24-48 hours and then take that and make it what we want. It's working well for us.
