Apr 09,2025Fantastic customer service. I called today and spoke to a really polite, courteous and helpful guy, he was called Ian and he could not have been any more professional if he had tried. He helped me with my query and for the whole phonecall I was made to feel really special for taking part in help raising money for well deserved charities. I would thoroughly and whole heartily recommended The People's Post Code lottery to everyone. The reason for me calling today was to ask when my monthly subscription would be taken from my account. Ian made the whole thing so easy to understand. I was blown away at how polite and professional he was and is certainly a credit to his employer The People's Post Code Lottery. I set up a new direct debit as there had been a problem with PayPal and it was so easy and the young lady could not be more helpful. She was a real pleasure to deal with and I promised to buy her a present if my postcode comes up.
