Apr 08,2025It is so easy to subscribe on line by clicking a button but relatively not as easy to cancel and even then money is taken out and one has to call 3 times to get confirmation of a simple refund on the phone!! but even then no actual confirmation by email even till nowl! The process is designed to make it more difficult to cancel by having to call a number and wait in a queue for up to 25 minutes. and even when I cancel in good time postcode still took money out of my account and it was left to me to chase for refund by calling (there is not even a simple email address or online request that one can use to chase the refund).
