My call was about cancelling the scheduled payments however, after she made it clear how it works I changed my mind and agreed to set up a direct debit. She was patient, professional and proficient.

Apr 07,2025I felt completely misled from the start. Cancelling my subscription proved to be nearly impossible, and to make matters worse, there was no cooling-off period, which I believed is illegal. To top it off, they took two payments from my account within just four days. I contacted their customer service to cancel the subscription, yet they still took more money from me. The phone advisor I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed to blame me for not reading the terms and conditions thoroughly enough before signing up. I would not recommend the Postcode Lottery to anyone. It has been a frustrating ordeal, and I feel taken advantage of. Save yourself the trouble!
