Apr 07,2025The lady on the phone listen to me and was very understanding. But told me she would pass the information on . My phone was about the postcode false advertising ie. No mention of winning vouchers or book vouchers this is not mentioned on tv or when you are listening to the phone whilst waiting. Not once does anyone mention this 😡
