Apr 05,2025I needed to contact the PPL because my tickets were not showing on the app or website and I couldn’t play the daily big quiz which I really enjoy playing, this all happened apparently because I had recently changed my bank card and set up a new direct debit, and the system hadn’t refreshed, I spoke to Fabian on the phone and he was super pleasant and friendly and reassured me he would rectify the problem so I could visibly see my tickets again on the website and carry on playing the daily quiz, a fast and very positive phone call , Fabian was fantastic

Apr 05,2025But I think they're told to keep you on the phone chatting to make money on the phone calls. They ask what are you going to spend your prize money on and won't accept a straightforward answer. I eventually hung up.
