Dec 22,2024Shipping fees are extremely high. They can be free, but only after you exceed a certain purchase price of goods, so if you want to buy only one or two lower priced items, shipping is almost as much as the items cost.

Dec 19,2024No one gave me the FedEx tracking number so I could not track the order properly and PetEdge staff could not help me. They sent me over to a third party who couldn’t do anything with the tracking number I had. Then, I called myself the C.H. Robinson local office near me and the lady was able to give me the FedEx tracking number to finally receive updates about this order. Please do not send the customers the C.H. Robinson tracking number. It’s useless without C.H. Robinson. Send the PRO number/Fedex tracking number. I had to call so many places just to figure it out and that’s not my job. This really made my first experience with PetEdge go down, but I eventually got my full order. Equipment seems to be really good quality as of now.
