Jan 12,2025I had to do a return because the wrong clippers were sent to me I called to request a refund and the refund was approved but I had to cover all shipping cost. I was not happy about especially after it was their fault. It cost me $20 to send the order back. I will never do business with Petedge again

Jan 10,2025Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Found out for some reason it was cancelled, without any notification or reason. They reinstated my order and despite telling them I NEED these items ASAP it has taken about 5 more days to even ship. However, upon asking for a expedited shipment there is still no information on my shipping. Despite talking to customer service a few times and having a tracking number. If you don't want your items anytime soon and don't want to be notified if you will receive them at all, order here.
