Dec 04,2024The last time I ordered was in September and my order was canceled. Nobody called me nothing just canceled. The time before that I didn’t receive my order for weeks and had to call to check on it and then it was sent to me. I placed an order on Black Friday and it’s now five days later and I called to check on the status and it hasn’t been shipped yet. And nobody could provide me with any information as to when it would be shipped. They said it’s waiting to be picked up by UPS or FedEx. Whoever it is that’s going to be picking it up. It’s been my experience that once something is packaged up and you contact whatever shipper you’re using they come and get it. I have used this company for 35 years and this has never been an issue until this last year. I am very disappointed in the decline of customer support, customer outreach and customer service.
