Nov 20,2024I support a non-profit Humane Society in Oregon and have always been able to find what is needed (disinfectant for the kennels, leashes, collars, stainless steel buckets for water in the kennels, etc.) at a very fair and competitive price. They ship quickly, never an issue with any of the purchases for over 10 years. PetEdge is my first go to when the rescue has a need for the pups in their care

Nov 20,2024I placed an order online and used my credit card to pay. The order “appeared” to go through. The next day, I received an email that I needed to call and talk to a customer rep as my payment was not received. I was very nervous because of all the “extortion” online, especially with “older” individuals. I did call and the rep assured me that my payment info would be “safe”. She told me my payment did not go through and I had to relay the info directly on the phone. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! I will probably not order from PetEdge again.

Nov 19,2024Your website is very frustrating . I was ready to give up on placing an order. Wasted so much time trying to complete the order process. Had to start from the beginning several times. After spending an hour It finally went through the entire order process to complete the order. Don't know if I want to try to order online in the future.

Nov 18,2024I tried to call customer service several times for help I tried messaging online and it’s 7 o’clock it said it was after hours I could not get my order to process I could not get it shipped to the correct address I had to go in and use my old address it would not let me ship it to my business address the checkout process was more than frustrating to say the least not sure I’ll be shopping there again
