Aug 29,2024I'm a returning customer. Both addresses on file were incorrect and there were too many unspecified steps to take to change them. I had to call customer service. The operator was unable to even enter my account and contacted a supervisor. I tried again online. That's when the problem with the second address occurred. The order wouldn't place but it didn't say why. I had to struggle to find out about the second inaccurate address. Very unhelpful, unclear.

Aug 28,2024At check out it would not take my PayPal payment. I use PayPal all the time elsewhere. When I entered my MasterCard it did not take it either. I reentered the info and then it took it. I hesitated to use my MC. I hope I am not sorry!!!!
