Never got my products and can’t get help
Hv been trying for over a week to get info about my order. When I go to your site it says online, phone & check out nit working due to computer change over. How many weeks are you going to be down? I hv not rec my order so how can I review anything???
Order was placed September 17, haven’t received because of difficulties on your end, just emails saying you were sorry.
I still not received my complete order and am not able to communicate with you since your systems have been down. I’m still waiting on the shampoo and ear cleaning products. I would appreciate knowing when I can expect my order to be completed. It’s most likely the last time I’ll order if this is how efficient it is. Julie W
I like PetEdge, and I sympathize with their current predicament, but they could have been more transparent explaining to customers why their ordering and phones have been down since September 17. On September 26, 2024 their website stated that they had a "cyber incident". As I placed an order right before their "cyber incident", I guess it is time to lock my credit card and contact credit bureaus to freeze my account.
PLACED AN ORDER ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2024. RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION WITHIN MINUTES. WE HAVE WRITTEN DAILY SINCE THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2024 FOR A DELIVERY DATE, THE EMAIL RESPONSE TODAY SEPT 25, 2024 ARE ALL THE SAME "We have no systems to review your order we are sorry for the inconvenience. Hi there, we’ve received your email, however, our systems are entirely down. We are hoping for a resolution soon and will be able to address your email when we are up in running again. ASSUME THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS NOT WORTH PLACING ANY ORDERS.
I ordered some clippers and other stuff a few weeks ago and the next day pet edges phones went down, ok I understand that well it has been about 2 and 1/2 weeks I don’t have any of what I ordered I can’t get in touch with any one at the business!!! I am so done with this business I will never order from them again!!! The least they could do it have someone on a cellphone contacting people about there orders and stuff like that!!! There are ways around down phones!!!!! PETEDGE I NEED MY ORDER PLEASE!!!!

Ordered an item next day website goes down! Can’t contact them to see if my order is going to be shipped or not! Having to cancel my clients due to clippers being out! No way to cancel order if they can’t send them because you can’t get a hold of no one gave a 5 star review to delete it just for this to happen so had to change my review ! Hopefully someone will respond here weather or not my order will be delivered !
I placed an order on 9/13. I haven't recieved this order and due to your systems being down for days, I can't call, email to even know if this order has been placed. I need what I ordered and do not have the funds to order from somewhere else. I'm not sure if I'd be able to cancel my order with you because I can't even get in contact. I can understand being down a day or two but this is getting ridiculous. Time for a new IT department. I will neverr order from here again.

I had to wait a while as the shampoo I love wasn't in stock but the representative I spoke with was very nice and helped me choose a shampoo that was very close to what I like to hold me over till the one I want was back in stock.

The fresh pet shampoo and conditioner are shipping in bottles that say 16:1. THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I ORDER 7:1. This happened prior to going out of stock and the product was terrible and now they're are still shipping the 16:1. The product smells very strong of bar soap and not like the traditional fresh pet scent.
I just used this new blade today and am completely satisfied. It was sharp out of the package unlike the last one of another popular brand. Fits my WAHL KM10 perfectly.
Order never received. Followed up with Customer service and problem was resolved quickly.

Sep 30,2024I ordered Silver Triple Action Spray from PetEdge in September of 2024 .. it arrived in a timely manner, wrapped in a plastic bag. The expiration date of the Spray was December 1, 2024. I received this request from trust pilot to write a review, but because the Spray was due to expire 2 months, I mentioned to PetEdge that I would review their product after I had heard back from them about selling a product that would be essentially worthless in 2 months. They responded with a request for order number and photo of product - I sent both. Since their response, I have never been contacted again. Starting to feel ripped off by this company, and suggest you might want to, and probably should shop around a little further for an honest and responsive company ... PetEdge is neither.
