Sep 06,2024I ordered online during the weekend. On Monday I got an email asking for an alternate address, which I gave. The response was quick stating that my order was going to shipping and I would receive tracking information as soon as it shipped. 9 days later I ask about my order because I had received nothing. The response was that my backordered items were now shipping. Nothing I ordered was backordered at the time I ordered it. I finally received my order and sure enough the one thing I had really wanted was not there, backordered. Very frustrated that it appears my order was lost or forgotten for 9 days and as a consequence one item ended up backordered and shipping was over Labor Day weekend so it took forever and I still don't have everything. I was not informed of any issue with my payment. The address issue was resolved and as far as I can tell my order was forgotten for 9 days.

Sep 04,2024On this order only: I place the order two weeks ago: before 2 pm which makes it a bit faster. Am a very busy shop. Yesterday am like what’s going on no email no nothing- also the persons voice was so low i couldn’t hear anything- like she was in bed. It NEEDS TO CHANGE- WE ARE GROOMER 95% OF THE TIME IN OUR SHOPS. Not good

I just wish they would stop sending order confirmations and status updates to my old email, and send them to the correct one instead. I changed it in my account, which shows the correct email, but everything still goes to the old one.
