Jul 23,2024Where to begin about my experience with Pet Moves Abroad, firstly, I want to say THANK YOU Mira and Dave. You were the best part of this crazy trip. I decided to bring my 13yr old Malt mix to London from NYC. There is tons and tons of stress around this process but all doable if you mute out all the "NO's." Mira was always communicating, accommodating and understanding. I had a few delays and she calmed me down on every meltdown and helped me navigate the changes in Paris. I would hightly recommend this wonderful Team to help on any ped transport and would use them everytime from now on.

Jul 23,2024Fantastic experiences with Petmovesabroad. My dog needed a heart surgery in UK. Since UK doesn't allow Pet-in-Cabin, we had to fly to Paris, and got the Pet Taxi service from Paris to UK. On the way to UK, we had a great experience/trip with Pino from Petmovesabroad. On the way back to Paris, we used the same Pet Taxi service. Mira helped us to confirm what we needed for going back into EU and told us who the driver would be and the contact information. Kevin, who is the driver, contacted us before the trip and waited/picked up us at the exact location where we would be. The trip back to Paris went very smooth with Kevin's help. He is a very nice gentleman and very accommodated to my dog's needs because of the heart surgery. My husband and I are so grateful for the services that Petmovesabroad provided.

Jul 22,2024Really great experience! Our driver Tony was at the meeting point on time. He guided us and did everything at the eurotunnel for crossing. He dropped us off where we needed to be on the other side. Mira was amazing at helping us plan, and extremely responsive on WhatsApp. She also explained what we needed to bring in terms of health certificate for our dog and looked for the best Shuttle fares based on our requirements. It’s been a pleasure working with them and we can’t think of any other company we’ll use for our future pet trips 🐶😸

Jul 17,2024Very efficient service, clear communication, professional and kind driver. Me and my French bulldog were picked up by Dave from the railway station of Calais Frethun. Punctuality, cordiality, flexibility and efficiency are just some of the traits I can point out about David. He made sure everything went smooth, all the border checks were quick and he even managed to get us in time from Folkstone Eurotunnel to the Folkstone West station in just 6 minutes so we wouldn’t miss our train to London. Thank you Dave and to all the team of Pet Moves Abroad 🙏🏽

I requested the driver we had the first time, also for the second time because he is so friendly and accommodating for us and my dog. I highly recommend Dave! The booking process is very easy and they are very organised. I will use this company again.

Jul 16,2024It was the first time taking a trip with our budgie. We moved from London to Italy, and Mira was extraordinarily kind and patient while I was still undecided about our route. We then decided to use Petmovesabroad from London to Lille, where we would rent a car ourselves. The service’s reliability was evident when Paulo, our driver, arrived on time and was ready to assist us. The trip was smooth, and our budgie stayed calm the whole time. I definitely recommend this service.

Jul 16,2024Super helpful from start to finish! Everything went smoothly - the arrangements by email, collection, progress onto the shuttle and drop off in Kent. Our driver was lovely with the dog, helped out at the shuttle terminal and helped us with luggage. Highly recommended

Jul 16,2024Truly excellent experience. First time taking our dog to France enroute to flying to NYC. Great interactions with Mira to get all documentation arranged and pick up scheduled. Driver Jovan communicated on progress the whole way and delivered our dog to us in Paris right on schedule. Will be using them for return journey and all future doggy travel adventures ! Thanks so much.

Jul 10,2024Mira was great to deal with and was able to offer handy hints and tips prior to travelling. Payment process was quick and easy and contact was clear, prompt and efficient from both Mira and the driver. Simon our driver was friendly and knowledgable and got us home as quick as possible (even when our documents weren’t quite right). He made the long trip from Frankfurt to the Eurotunnel much more bearable and we felt safe in his care.

Jul 09,2024Everything from the moment I contacted this company to Paulo dropping us off at our destination was stress free and amazing. My initial email was responded to within 20 mins with a bunch of useful tips and information on hotels to book and paperwork needed. Payment links were sent. Contact was maintained throughout with them checking in to make sure I knew to get certain documents for the France route from the uk. My driver was Paulo and he contacted me a few days before to verify address pickup. Desired drop off time to hotel. I have 3 large dogs that he helped load into his van. On the drive to leshuttle he made sure my dogs and I were comfortable and offered breaks for us when needed. Once we arrived to leshuttle he helped me walk the dogs inside for document checks then even helped me walk them for bathroom breaks. Once we were on the train he explained how everything else would work from there. At hotel drop off he helped me unload and held the dogs while I checked in. I literally could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking into this option.
