Jun 12,2024Mira took care of me and held my hand through every hoop I had to jump through to get my dog from the US to the UK. She answered a multitude of questions I had that helped calm my nerves as the date of travel approached. Additionally, due to weather, my entire flight was rebooked to a completely new itinerary. I let Mira know immediately, and she worked to reschedule the time for my driver (Zawa!) to pick me up and modified my shuttle entry time. A few days before my departure from the US, Mira connected me with Zawa via WhatsApp. I confirmed with him my travel (and eventually my rebooking). He was kind and he and I were in constant contact from the time I touched down at CDG til I could get to him outside of customs. Zawa greeted me with a huge smile and even agreed to a hug after seeing my distress after traveling 24 hours with my dog all that way alone. I told him I’d need to find a place for a potty break for my pup, and he got us in the car and off the airport grounds as fast as possible to find a stopping place where my sweet pup could stretch and potty. En route to Calais, Zawa let me sleep, answered my never-ending questions, and celebrated with me when we got confirmation I had gotten all my pup’s documentation correct and we were granted access to the UK without issue. The best part about this part of our (29 hour total) journey was that once I was in the hands of Pet Moves Abroad, my pup was right beside me and no longer in a carrier. He was buckled in right next to me, and it was a huge relief to never have to lose sight of him as would possibly have happened if I’d taken other methods of transportation. I would recommend Pet Moves Abroad to anyone needing to transport their fur baby from CDG to the UK. It was a breeze (thanks to Mira and Zawa!) and worth the money! Thank you!

Jun 08,2024Trustworthy company for your pet's smooth & safe arrival to the UK (in my case, from a non-EU country, via EU airport arrival). Following about three days worth of customer service calls with airline companies, I was giving up on actually arriving with my cat to the UK (from Bosnia and Herzegovina). Then I found Petmovesabroad. Mira was genuinely helpful, knowledgable, we had a call about my case and the best way - for the pet - to arrive to the UK. I could rely on her even for documents as not every vet is perfectly versed in international pet travel so she was great advisor on the UK documents, UK holidays and that Le Shuttle might me pricy in a week we're arriving so consider the arrival date :). She provided guidance on getting the cat used to transporter, and I found the price genuinely good (compared to some other fee quotes I received subsequently from other companies). All in all, following about 13 hours worth of trip (two flights, then Paris to London van), my cat and I arrived safely home. Paulo was also a great driver, reliable, and accompanied us through customs - gives one a bit more of comfort in case 'something goes wrong' (which it didnt). I would HIGHLY recommend them as your transport guide to the UK, and thank you so much Mira, Paulo who made our journey that much easier. All the best!

A nice journey with a super clean and comfortable car and professional, friendly driver. I highly highly recommend.

Jun 06,2024Mira and her team brought us with two large dogs back from Paris after a flight from Athens. Everything was excellent from the first enquiry to drop off in Oxford. Our driver Pat was kind, professional and nothing was too much trouble..We felt supported, safe from the moment we left Athens with Mira staying in touch throughout. Pat and Mira made a stressful day possible and we couldn’t have done it without them. Dogs and humans relaxed from the moment we saw Pat at the airport and got into his fantastic van. We can’t thank you enough.

Since the very beginning Mira was very helpful and patient with all my questions all the following up. Then, once we reached Paris, Simon was extremely kind and helpful, he helped me through all the process and guided me. I felt always safe, and most importantly, my dog had enough space to feel completely comfortable and calm during the journey. Thank you once again for everything!

Not only do they provide the most professional services, their care, kindness, and warmth go above and beyond. I've traveled from the USA across to the UK twice with my senior dog and I can't say enough about how they went the extra mile to make our pet travel possible. If I could rate them with 100 stars, I would! Pet Moves Abroad provided phenomenal services, responsiveness, and care beginning to end and throughout each and every step of our two major journeys. May 25,2024Amazing team, so devoted and human !! I had personal issue with my first booking and they were able to help me with my second one with no problem. On the D-Day, Jovan came to fetch my cat and myself from Paris and we did the entire trip to Horsham with absolutely no problem. Time flew SO fast because we were chatting a lot, and the trip went veeery smoothly with all the paperwork. Highly recommend !!

May 24,2024Repatriated myself and my little best friend from San Francisco to southern England. We flew from SFO to CDG, Pet Move Abroad took us from Paris to England via the EuroTunnel. The process was seamless. Mira was very responsive and organised the process perfectly. My driver Dave did a great job and was cool to chat with. The process can seem daunting. It really is quite simple! Made easier by avoiding the UK as your first point of entry and hiring professionals such as this organisation. I would highly recommend this service to friends, family and anyone considering moving themselves and their pets internationally. Great help and service is just an email away.

Jun 12,2024My dog and I traveled with Pino from Switzerland to the UK yesterday and the experience could not have been better. I was prepared for a long day of travel but the journey was so smooth and Pino was a pleasure to chat to that the journey felt much shorter than it was. Our transit through Calais was also a breeze due to Pino’s excellent knowledge of the process. An absolute 10/10 experience from booking with Mira to arriving in Folkestone and an infinitely more pleasant experience for both dog and human than any of the alternatives.
