Dec 30,2024Great service—I'll be using it again: 1. I received some valuable advice on the documents my two greyhounds needed to get into the UK before travelling. 2. Our driver was waiting for us on-site before we landed, and he helped us carry all our luggage to the van. 3. As it was a long drive and there was no traffic, we got to the tunnel ahead of schedule, and our driver managed to get us into an earlier train. 4. Everything went very smoothly and we reached our destination ahead of schedule.

Both times have been a non stressful experience, The drivers arrived as agreed, They are courteous and nothing is too much trouble and then you can unwind whilst someone does the leg work. I find the whole process so much easier and a much shorter timescale than using Air cargo. I would highly recommend!!!

Dec 12,2024Impeccable 5 star service. Went over and beyond. We were moving from TLV to London with our little Toy Poodle. We thought that we had sorted all paperwork, but on the day before leaving we were unable to get our UK import form stamped and so we thought we were totally screwed. I called up Pet Taxi's, on a Sunday, and they sorted everything for the next day, a vet in Calais etc. Then my plane was delayed 2 hours meaning we would be landing at 7pm...they still sorted us out with a vet who made our pet passport and stamped our form and we got through the border easily. Paulo our driver met us at CDG and helped with our huge baggage and loaded the car, was very friendly and explained everything and was just very nice to be around. Best service we have ever had!

My driver arrived early, helped me load my (heavy!!!) bags into a vehicle with more than enough room, and facilitated the entire process. He was a safe and conscientious driver, he answered all my questions about the border crossing. He took me directly to my destination and even helped unload bags into my new home. If I could give 6 stars, I would. If I could have had this company drive me through the ocean from America to England I would have done it. Will use them again if ever need be.

Dec 12,2024I recommend Petmovesabroad/ EU Pet Taxi to anyone wanting to safely and calmly move their animals. From the start and throughout, Mira was helpful, friendly and quick to respond. And our driver, Tony was an absolute gem. Tony took care of us the whole way, told us what to expect at the tunnel and drove us beautifully from the Netherlands to England. He was also so kind and calm that even my nervous cats relaxed during the trip - which I really appreciated. I would recommend this pet taxi service to any person wanting to save their pets from the stress of flying… Or to anyone who simply wants a more pleasant trip across Europe.

Dec 10,2024Fantastic service assisting with the complicated process of moving a pet abroad. Mira was lovely to work with to coordinate and plan our journey! She is kind, helpful, transparent, and replies consistently with lightning speed. Simon, our assigned driver, was friendly and efficient, explaining the process clearly at every step. He was prompt, tracked our flight the entire time, and was waiting for us right as we stepped out of customs. With his help, my cat and I sped through each checkpoint and were home within record time. I can't recommend PetMovesAbroad highly enough -- I'm incredibly grateful and would use them again without hesitation!

Dec 10,2024We journeyed from the US to Paris, and then Pet Moves Abroad brought us to London. It was a very long day, so we appreciated the driver's accommodations of our rest breaks and questions. It was very helpful to have someone experienced with the paperwork process getting our dog into the UK. Pre-trip coordination was timely, prompt and informative. Would definitely use them again on a future trip.

Dec 09,2024I can’t thank Pet Moves Abroad enough for their continued help throughout the moving process. We moved our 4 cats from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam to County Durham in England. The admin staff and customer service were helpful, knowledgeable and always on hand for advice. Our friendly and professional driver Paulo, got us safely and smoothly to my parents house and was so lovely with me and my cats. Everyone we worked with was amazing and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Jan 05,2025We had a fantastic experience from the min I got touch with Mira to book our pickup from Brussles Airport with our Westie to dropping us off in Folkestone. I can highly recommended her company. Mira is professional, super friendly and very responsive and helpful, all via WhatsApp. Our driver Pat was fantastic as well. We had a great time in the car and he got us though the Tunnel check in with in no time, knowing how to ensure we get ahead of the queue 😀.
