Self assessment rejected for no clear reason. If you don't honour self assessments, then don't offer them and ask your customers to go GP instead.
Order rejected day after being placed on the grounds "you require a more comprehensive assessment by a healthcare professional." I was told "we do not process payments until an order is approved, so no funds have been taken and your bank should release funds from the pending transaction back into your account." No-one could really object to this - although I'd sooner have got the prescription, which is why I've given 4 stars rather than 5.
I placed an order for Mounjaro and it was delivered in 4 days and then placed another order for other items which also arrived with 4 days so I am very happy with the service, it arrived in ice packs and well packaged. Will defo be using them again
Well l can only comment on my experience with pharmacy online and its been trouble free I filled in a short questionnaire regarding my symptoms I found the medication I needed on pharmacy online web site ordered and it arrived safely within days I will definitely use there service again 10/10
Good to see a full questionnaire before allowing purchase. Order completed quickly. Ordered 3 inhalers as well, got 2 but they sorted it out quickly.
I had a fantastic experience with Pharmacy Online. They handled my prescriptions for both eye ointment and Seborrheic dermatitis cream with exceptional efficiency. My recent order was the first and, without doubt, will be the last. I read all the previous reviews on here about Pharmacy Online but decided to give them a try. Rejected my order for prescription medication with no reason given. Had to email them for the reason they rejected it. They told me to see my GP, even though I explained my GP has prescribed me the same medication previously. Getting doctor appointments is very difficult now, so with the convenience of ordering online is so much easier. I used to use another online pharmacy but unfortunately they are no longer selling my medication. I really don't see why Pharmacy Online claims to sell prescription drugs if all they do is reject and refund orders. My order was medically sound. I would avoid this company at all costs. Clearly something very wrong with this pharmacy.
I can see my experience is reflected in the reviews shown here. Despite giving them the full information requested, they rejected my purchase, telling me to see my GP. They ignored the details I gave them that I have already seen my GP, and also a consultant. The medication prescribed by my GP will be delayed by the Bank Holiday and the tortuous admin processes of my GP surgery. In all that will probably mean I must wait a week to 10 days before I obtain it on the NHS. So I attempted to purchase a small amount via Pharmacy Online to tide me over as I need it quite urgently. Thanks for nothing Pharmacy Online - whatβs the point of the assessment questionnaire if you disregard the information given?
Based on my experience, my opinion is that this is a Data Harvesting company masquerading as an online pharmacy. If I were you, I'd stay away.
They issued a prescription (for antibiotics) that was cancelled by my GP as it was issued to them in error (I collected it locally). I then put in for a repeat prescription on 13 August and still heard nothing back by 18 August. Call centre supposed to be open until 13.00 Saturday - I rang at 12.25pm and it was closed. Hopeless service. Going elsewhere.
Ordered ear drops as couldn't get to gp for ear infection. Took my money then said 24hrs later, i needed to see my gp. I thought the whole point of this site was if you couldn't see a gp, they would assist. Avoid.
After asking me a detailed info then saying a speak yo your gp after pretending that i was refered to a gp
Great service I ordered the Saxenda pen x2 and needles . I ordered on a bank holiday weekend but received my order on the Tuesday as this was the next working day after the bank holiday weekend . The consultation went smooth and I received my order before 1pm via Royal Mail .
I am struggling with money to buy things and you took my money before review if you will give me my order. Get up to date people and buy a better system where you review first and if everything is fine you take others people money.
