Jul 04,2024People giving 1 star reviews for being rejected is hilarious for me. Would you rather be accepted and possibly experience life-threating side effects? Personally I had an amazing, friendly and quick experience with this pharmacy, I looked into the product I was buying and did my own risk assessment. I actually find it commendable that they take their time to ensure every patient is safe on any new medication they will be taking.

Jul 02,2024Every so often I suffer from cystitis. Going to the doctor's is difficult if not impossible. Placed an order only for it to be refunded. 6 tablets of antibiotics. What do they think I'm going to do with this? OD?! Waste of time and effort.

Jul 02,2024Totally let my brother down - He completed the online consultation for only 5ml of antibiotic ear drops for his ear infection and their site then let him place an order, our mum's card was charged only for it to be REJECTED 24 hours later with some sob story of patient safety - Now 5 days for a Refund - What a joke of a company. Steer clear ! VERY NASTY AND INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE :(

May 30,2024Ngl, after reading these reviews I was so scared and apprehensive AFTER ALREADY ordering it. But so far I’ve had 0 issues with this company, I emailed the company and they got back to me within 24 hours about any delivery issues that I had. I ordered on a Bank Holiday weekend after 3:30pm and asked why my order never got delivered on the next day at 1pm. They responded with it is a Bank Holiday weekend and I ordered afer 3:30pm. The pen came quick after the weekend finished and everything was in working order, it is intact and perfect. They verified on email to me that the product is legit so, i’ve had a really good experience so far. Fingers crossed it works for me and I see results.

May 20,2024Advertised with picture and review 500ml bottles of lactose. Sent 300ml of a cheap unbranded make. I wanted to return for full refund. They refused and stopped replying. I have raised with CQC and medicines compliance.

May 10,2024Faulty product - injectable pen which leaked and would not allow activation of the dosage (no clicking sound and no product delivered through the needle). On contacting them I was accused of damaging the syringe which was untrue, returned product at their request as product was not fit for purpose, they then returned it saying there was nothing wrong with it. The product was £75.00 and cannot be used. I have not experienced anything like this before from other online pharmacy suppliers - extremely poor service and no resolution for the customer when things are not as they should be. Do not use this company.

Apr 17,2024They dispatch medicine that is costly (both for the medication and postage) and is supposed to be delivered cold without any consultation. Dispatching on a Friday so that if it isn't delivered on the Saturday it turns up warm and unusable on the Monday. Completely fail to accept any responsibility. My advice is go somewhere else, don't trust these charlatan's with your medication or money.

Apr 12,2024When ordering some antibiotic eye ointment I wanted the brand illustrated as knew this worked for me and paid the price which seemed quite reasonable for this item. however..... the small print states that images are for illustration purposes only. So I got a different brand which I did not want and the actual brand received was actually around 30% cheaper at most other online suppliers. Delivery whilst good, was actually not the 48 hrs advised... ordered on Saturday received Wednesday.

Apr 09,2024I ordered some non prescription painkillers from here around 21/03/2024. Should have been delivered in 2 days, but still had not arrived after Easter (1st April). I contacted them and they said Royal Mail supposedly advised them that "The item was delivered to the customer on 25th March the tracking shows at customer service point due to a scanning device error, due to the time scale from date of delivery we are unable to raise the dispute so the next step would be to claim". I have no idea what this means. The item was never delivered to me (it would have fit through the door), there was no card either. They refused to refund me until they had opened a claim with Royal mail. I said "no I want a refund now as the claim with Royal Mail is between you and them". I sent them a link to Consumer Law advice that says non delivery is not customer's responsibility, if I don't get an item they should refund or send another. They didn't care about the law and said they were exempt from this because they sell medicines. I asked for more information on this exemption, but they didn't send me any further information to prove to me that pharmacies are legally exempt from UK Consumer Law and still were refusing to refund. Finally when I pointed out the lack of security in their mailing system and that their medication may be at risk of falling into the wrong hands (thus breaching UK pharmacy regulations) they issued a refund. Based on my experience this company appears to be dishonest and lacking in integrity and I would advise people to avoid them at all costs. I am now considering reporting them to Trading Standards and the UK Pharmacy Regulator.

Apr 04,2024I was slightly dubious about placing this order after reading some of the reviews. However I took a leap of faith. And I Dont regret it! After successfully placing my order, I recieved my order confirmation promptly, then got an email letting me know my order had been dispatched for delivery. Couple of days later Royal Mail confirmed they had my order and provided me with a tracking number. And it arrived today! I can't speak to the results yet, but I am very satisfied with the fast easy service.

Apr 03,2024Pharmacy Online WASTE YOUR TIME At 8am I ordered a very non-complicated simple treatment … after doing a survey which I answered very clearly and I gave them my phone number. There was no phone call, but at 8 pm when I could not order from anyone else for the next day I was told they would not send my order.So I suggest you find a more reliable and better organised company and don’t bother with pharmacy Online.
