Mar 28,2024Ordered a prescription from this company at 2pm on Monday and paid extra to guarantee delivery the next day by 1pm. It did not arrive by 1pm the next day. In fact it did not arrive by 1pm on the Wednesday either. It was later on that afternoon. Terrible customer service. Will not use this company again!!

Mar 28,2024I ordered from the website for £90 plus I paid £10 for Royal Mail special delivery. I have not received any tracking code or any information regarding the delivery. I have contacted customer service several times, but they do not help. My money will not be refunded. Terrible scammers.

Called them straight away and was advised that despite shortage it will arrive within 15 days of placing the order. And it did week after to be exact. I am very happy with the price, product and timeline.

Mar 11,2024Absolute Scammers… DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM Ordered two Saxenda pens, £155 - still haven’t received them nearly 3 weeks later, called them a couple of times and was told once the product leaves them it’s none of their responsibility! Wish I’d have read all the bad reviews before ordering

Mar 06,2024There’s a shortage of my medicine according to two pharmacies, so didn’t have hopes of my medication arriving on time from an online pharmacy but I ordered mid afternoon on Monday and received on Tuesday morning. Great service.

Feb 28,2024This company took my money (£80) for Saxenda 10 days ago. They advised later that day that I did not fall into the correct BMI range and would process a refund I have still not received a refund despite chasing. This company are blaming my bank. I have obviously been in touch with my bank who say no refund has ever been sent. I will update this review once refund has been received, but in the meantime this should be a warning to others to shop elsewhere UPDATE *** I have finally received my refund. thankyou

Feb 24,2024Ordered a Saxenda pen online and a box of needles. The needles arrived yet the pen, the main item never arrived. Rang the number given online. A Scottish man answered not stating the company’s name and music blaring in the background. Tells me to email with proof. Which I have done and now they’re opening a “investigation” as it’s missing medication. All of the above screams scam to me. I have disputed this with my credit card but not hopeful I will get a refund. Read similar review further down the page Dont order from these cowboys! Update! Got offered a full refund or the pen. I chose the pen. They weren’t happy with my constant emails but they gave me what I ordered and are carrying an investigation to the missing medication

Jan 06,2024I ordered medication on Tuesday morning - I paid extra for a next day 24hr service. I received it on Friday at midday. The help line advised me that when you pay extra for the 24hr service, it's only with royal mail - not them processing the order. This is the first and last time I will use them.

Nov 01,2023I bought on 31 October 2023 Wegovy® through pharmacyonline.co.uk. It has been delivered on 1 November 2023. According to the manufacturer's US website, the online pharmacy pharmacyonline.co.uk in the UK has sold me a fake Wegovy®. I have been on contact with the British Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and the manufacturer Novo Nordisk and they confirmed both that the Wegovy® sold by pharmacyonline.co.uk is genuine. Although the US website of Novo Nordisk clearly states it as a counterfeit but the Wegovy® device marketed in the US (single-dose auto-injector) is different to the device marketed in the UK (multi-dose pre-filled pen). That is why is this confusion.

Apr 01,2024You fill out a form then pay for your medication then they decide they don’t want to sell to you and cancel your order. Pointless waste of time. Went somewhere else and got next day delivery.
