I ordered some Cocodomol that I thought were caplets because of the picture on the box right there on the left hand corner of the packet. I had done a search initially on Google for caplets too and this site came up. When I emailed Pharmacy Online about it they didn't offer an apology or agree that it was misleading. They just said pictures are there for illustrative purposes and that it said quite clearly that they're tablets. As I have long term chronic illness I don't sit there reading all the descriptions because I assume what is on the packet is accurate. Besides, some people call caplets tablets which I thought was the case here because obviously you wouldn't put up the wrong picture of a product and mislead customers would you? I mean that's like buying a red jumper on Amazon and then sending you a blue one 😡 Furthermore, they inundate my email folder with spam. Luckily it is directed straight to junk

I made my first purchase with Pharmacy Online and my experience was good. An email confirming my order was sent immediately, the product arrived within a few days by Royal Mail.

Ordered item and paid for 24 hour guaranteed delivery next day which failed to arrive, now not in that area (holiday) and cannot collect but pharmacy online won’t refund my money due to the failure of Royal Mail guaranteed 24 1pm delivery who they have the contract with, Royal Mail got paid. Pharmacy online got paid, the customer me out of pocket, no item and no full refund, only pharmacy online can claim against Royal Mail, dispicuble customer services from the company.

I received my parcel on time I didnt realise that next day 1pm delivery didnt apply on weekends ie. if u order on Saturday it wont come on Sunday. I didnt receive a confirmation email from them which made me thought that my order didnt go through however afterr contacting the company via email they responded very fast and resolved my issue which I am very grateful for

There were a lot of medical questions - more than most online pharmacies. I made the mistake of being honest about my multiple conditions and medicines. My GP practice prescribed the wrong brand of my drug and it doesn't fit my delivery device. I thought it would be easier to order the correct brand online than contact my GP. It appears the prescriber didn't read my explanation and, rather than raising queries, they rejected my order. They say refund takes 3-5 days; it should be immediate. 19/09/2023, over a month after I posted review, this organisation asked for more information. It appears they are not interested in learning from reviews, only trying to get unfavourable reviews taken down. 05/10/2023, second attempt by pharmacyonline to get my review taken down. This organisation not only wastes customers' time, it tries to waste NHS time and money by telling customers to see their GP unneccesarily [based on my own experience and reviews by Anna S, Karen Fleming, Piotr M]

I completed the online medical questionnaire before purchasing some medication. There was a question asking if I was pregnant or trying to become pregnant, to which I ticked YES. I received my medication and lucky I am clever enough to read the leaflet inside the medication. To my horror it clearly states - Do not take this medication if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant! I have complained but they will not refund me or allow me to return the medication. Will not be returning! UPDATE. SINCE LEAVING THIS REVIEW I HAVE NOW RECIEVED A REFUND.

I placed a order for 4 items from this company. Only 1 item was dispatched. The box was 10-15X bigger then the item, and the box they used could easily be pushed through and items removed, This is what happened to myself, I reported this to the company, and sent photos, I received no phone call, no call back as promised, And its been 2 months and the company has still not issued a refund. I am last told 12 days ago, They are waiting for royal mail to confirm if item was stolen. Customer service is shocking. Would never use this company again.

Found this site when looking for an eye ointment. Price, delivery (in 3 days over Bank holiday weekend) and service very good. Impressed that they followed due diligence in getting me to fill out a form to confirm it was the right product for my condition. Would use again.

Unlike other online chemists, they only take your money when they have the stock and deliver next day as promised. My prescription was authorised and shipped with 24 hours. Will use again.

It is my privilege and pleasure to have discovered Pharmacyonline.co.uk! I was tired of wasting time, nerves and money, waiting for another prescription for Omeprazole, or buying from Savers Health and Beauty - Galpharm Esomeprazole Heartburn Caps 7s for £3.99 - 57.00p each, which was the cheapest possible option. From this pharmacy based in Scotland, I buy 112 capsules of 40 mg. - for the token price of £33.85, a fact that makes me extremely happy! Now I feel reborn and will certainly continue to use the services of Pharmacyonline.co.uk in the future! Greetings to my new friends from Glasgow!

Disappointing, the order was very efficient. They advertise a service, 24 hour Royal Mail delivery. Received at least 3 emails, informing me it will be on it's way. Get home that evening, nothing, following day, nothing. Contacted them, about a refund on the delivery part, they were not the slightest bit interested. When I asked for a refund, told they don't accept items that have been delivered. Hiding behind Royal Mail. Firstly there has been no strike during this period. Add to that, if it's going to be an issue, use another carrier. The item has yet to arrive. But as with the beauty of the Internet, I can share my factual experiences for all to see. I won't use these cowboys again

Bad customer service. My order was delayed to the point I didn’t need it and when I wrote to them to advise ai had an argumentative little person telling me that there was royal mail strike even though I should have received my order way before the strike. It took 11 days rather than 2-3 days. Don’t bother.

I have a repeat prescription but have recently struggled to get this fulfilled as all my local pharmacies have been unable to get it due to manufacturing issues. Tried Pharmacy Online and it showed in stock, double checked with an email enquiry and was informed they did have it. Was sent out for next day delivery but there was an issue with the courier (DPD) so it didn't arrive as expected. After a few days I phoned up Pharmacy Online and they chased up DPD, it was then delivered the following day. Would recommend and will use again.

Order despatched 6 days ago, still yet to arrive. No reply to email so called them to follow up, product despatched with RM 48hr, medicine needed for my young son, not in any of the shops near me, been hunting for weeks. They’ve refused to refund postage as it’s just a “guide”. Taking advantage of people paying for a premium delivery due to the strikes. No idea why they’re even still using RM at this point unless it’s a contract they have with them. Ridiculous. Now have no medicine for my son & having to traipse around the county to try and find some. Less than impressed. Do not waste your time.

Great prices, swift delivery, good communication. I ordered and paid for an item, but saw that I had ordered the wrong thing. I immediately contacted them and within half an hour, they changed the order to the correct item, refunded the cost of the wrong order and charged me the correct price for the new item. They are really good, so give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

They advertise that you don't need to see GP just do online consultation..on the end they sending you to GP without medication you asked for. Bit silly and misleading. Simply waste of time.
