May 04,2022Waste of time. Placed an order for a very routine medication after completing the online assessment forms, it was confirmed and payment taken. Yet 24 hours later it was apparently "reviewed by the prescriber" and they decided that I need to see my GP. What is the point of offering this service in the first place? Incredibly annoying. I could have used this time to book a GP appointment.

The customer service was spot on and the on-site pharmacist gave me great advice. The website was super simple to navigate and had my medicine delivered the next day in a discreet package.
