Mar 07,2022I bought an item on 28 Feb and 7 days later the item has not been received. As told it would be next day. Despite contacting Pharmacy online twice they have made no attempt to resend the item eventhough they can see it has not been delivered. I would score their customer service section zero. They are totally disinterested and unhelpful. Would not recommend. After placing this review the company took note of my concerns and sent a replacement pack 😊

Mar 08,2022Advised my order was confirmed and well in time (10am) for same day dispatch & next day delivery. Money taken from my account. Order cancelled by them in the evening at 8.30pm - stating 3-5 days to receive a refund and now not in time to order elsewhere for next day delivery. Frustrating as clearly if they intended to send out same day this would have been done/noticed earlier in the day & I should have been informed & money not taken. First time order - never had a problem elsewhere - wouldn’t recommend or return!!
