Jun 11,2020The training was an amazing experience, as I came from a construction background I had never worked in the security industry at all so going into this training I was really nervous and never thought I'd actually pass the course but everyone made me feel very comfortable and reassured me I was doing great and as the course went on I was getting more confident and I also think that was to do with how the training was conducted, it was very easy to follow and if I had any problems there was help there straight away and by the end of the course I was 100% confident that the training I had really prepared me to work in the security industry doing a good job 👍👍 I always tell people I'd pay to do the course again just to expirence it all over again, these guys are doing an amazing job

Jun 11,2020I completed my Close Protection with Phoenix and I can honestly say, I really enjoyed it. The instructors are very experienced, you can see this in their training. I don't think there is another course in the UK that can come close to this one. With the qualifications gained, I was very quickly into work in London. I was called a couple of times by the Phoenix team to help with tasks, but unfortunately I was already on task in London every time they called. I would fully recommend Phoenix for any security training.

Jun 02,2020The best training course I’ve ever been on by far !! Very demanding both mentally and physically with some of the best trainers the organisation has to offer. If your mind is in the right place to achieve high standards of excellent training from personal protection of a VIP, close protection in a team, firearms training for CP work overseas and even defensive driving for those hairy situations, I highly recommend this course to become the best CPO (Close Protection Officer) you can be 👍🏼

Jun 02,2020It was very tough but that is what I liked about it! You don't get good Close Protection operative through easy courses, the I structors were amazing and the training was amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone who planning to get into the world of CP as the training is brilliant and you get plenty of certificates to prove it! If I could do it all again I would!

May 30,2020Great team and experience, a lesson and teaching I'll never forget, could be more in depth on driving and firearms etc. But as a hole a great training academy. But employment through them is not guaranteed and difficult to acquire.

The 16 days were intense and hard work but well worth the effort as we all earned our pass rather than having it handed to us on a plate. As a delegate, I received world leading training from the highly experienced and committed instructors. The course itself was very demanding and intensive, combining the classroom-based theory, with practical exercises to put into practice all the skills I had learned. From my initial enquiry, to receiving my Close Protection license, Phoenix were professional throughout. The booking process was clear and concise and once I had booked on my course, I received all the relevant information prior to attending. In addition to this, I felt confident approaching the company with questions at any given time. The Instructors are engaging throughout and endeavour to help all delegates. The 11 Internationally recognised qualifications, including firearms and evasive driving, provided me with sort after skills when working as a close protection operative.
