Jun 13,2020One of the best experiences I have ever had. Well worth it and thoroughly enjoyed the training. You will be challenged and it is hard but you only get out what you out in! Mitchell is a great instructor and along with the rest of the phoenix team, they provided a well equipped and thought out training programme. Would gladly do it all over again and would recommend anyone who is wanting to get in to this field to train with the phoenix group.

The attention to detail, and the immense work that goes into a course, is the best training available in the UK. The Phoenix team are a strength and a credit to themselves. 4 live operations which allow you too really think! About what it is you are doing... you are on the ground, thinking, all doing dynamic risk assessments. Learning and putting plans into practice. I would strongly suggest anyone! Who is looking to better there skills and learn, do this course! I am truly humbled and grateful for everything Phoenix have allowed me to become.

The tutors and the set up of the course was high level and very profesional. Currently I could happily say I am at the top of my career since I started working in security industry. Jun 22,2020The CPO course by Phoenix Group was intensive and full of challenges, especially under COVID-19 pandemic. The training is tailor made under the circumstances and every parts of the modules were extremely well organized and meet the training needs. All the lead by Mr. Guv Shergill, training staffs Mitch and Tom are the wonderful team. I am proud of myself to taking part in the course and met my amazing classmates. Also I learned a lot, even I was the ex-police officer, it covered The knowledge and practical skills of CP work environments. Highly Recommended!
