Oct 26,2017I used PhonePower in the past and then switched to another provider. The service was horrible, so switched back to PhonePower once again and not planning to change again. Very reliable service.

Oct 23,2017Service is good, all works as it should. The options are not explained so easily though, on the website. At least for new customers. When I signed up, the rep told me of some great features, but can't remember them now and don't know where to find them and find how they work.

Oct 23,2017I recently changed me service from Time Warner / Spectrum to Phone Power and have no regrets. I did lose service over night during a strong rain and windstorm but this would have happened regardless who was providing the phone service. If I didn't tell my wife I made the change she would never have known, that's about the highest praise I could give phone power. Thank You!!

Oct 16,2017I initially ordered the phone on line and waited three weeks for nothing to arrive. Finally I called and followed up and the CSA was very kind and sorted everything out, apparently my original order to generate a correct confirmation code. I do now have a local number, however I get thousands of calls from credit collection agencies from all over the US extremely annoying, so now even though I have a phone have to leave it on silent as I am harassed that often. Looks like the previous line number owner was up to something....

Oct 09,2017I was moving to another state, needed phone service, needed a phone number, and wanted the equipment shipped to an address other than where it would be used. Phone Power sent me a list of phone numbers with my preferred area code and told me to pick the one I wanted and they would reserve it for me(this was over a month before I started their service). A year earlier, my mother who was in the same area got phone service from Time Warner, and had been told she had to get a phone number in a different area code , The equipment arrived the week before I needed it, and once I got my new internet service, plugged everything in, and lo and behold, I had phone service! AND Phone Power users can sign up for NOMOROBO so most robo calls are filtered out! The price of the service is pretty inexpensive when you sign up for the one year pre-pay. I had mentioned that someone had referred me, and we both received $10 credit! I've been using Phone Power for over a month now, and its been wonderful! I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs phone service!

Oct 06,2017I purchased by first phone power VOIP box about four years ago after switching over from AT&T. There were a few brief issues setting up the service and there was a delay on the ring after dialing the number. Last month, I switched over to Phone power the land line phone in my second home. This time the switch over was flawless, customer service excellent and the telephone service as good or better than AT&T.

Sep 29,2017I purchased the Obihai 202 voip byod device about two months ago, Phone Power was offering a special rate for obi owners: $60 for one year of prepaid service ($5 a month). So far, so good, no complaints at all. We always have phone service (a good ISP with no down time does help of course), good clarity, call logs, ability to block calls and some other good features I have yet to investigate. I only wish there were a way to instantly block spam calls as they come in, instead of needing to manually go into the control panel and block them from there, after I've had to listen to the phones ring till the spammer hangs up. With my old Verizon landline I was able to use a call blocking device, push one button and block spam calls instantly. But all in all, I am satisfied. Also easy and quick to set up. Would recommend to anyone wanting a home phone. Give them a try, I think you will be satisfied too. Thanks Phone Power! Keep your prices low and I'll continue to use you.

Oct 28,2017Great price, and the set-up was extremely easy. I was a little surprised at the bandwidth requirement for the high-quality sound, but then I got things to work well by reducing the sound quality. The lower sound quality is still very much adequate. I have only had one interaction with their customer service, but it went smoothly. I really like the additional features like call log, voice mail management, and softphone.
