May 05,2018Good morning, I have had service for about a month and was really pleased at the customer service, and delivery of the product. The online service so superior to the last provider that I had I can hardly believe it. Transmissions are loud and clear without interruptions or dropping of call. The call logs and ability to block calls work really well. I look forward to long happy relationship with Phone Power. Really pleased....Thks...

May 02,2018The system was incompatible with other VOIP carriers so I had to cancel my account before the end of the first 30 days. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my money back for the year subscription.

Apr 29,2018Your website shows an old Western Electric phone just like mine, made in 1983. Your system will not work with this phone. Customer Service said I needed to order a brand new one that looks just like it, available on Amazon. So I ordered it, it was made in China, and it doesn't work either. Your voltage is too low to make the bell work. You need to either make the voltage higher or remove that picture from your website.

Apr 06,2018Everything works well, my only complaint is that Phone Power was off by one day off on the billing cycle with AT&T which caused me to get a bill for $13 for that one day.

Mar 12,2018The Phone power technician who helped me with the initial set up was excellent. I had a little trouble when requesting an overseas phone line. First request was not responded to. 2nd request was responded to, but I was not advised of the number and didn't know that one had been assigned. When I received my credit card bill and saw the charge, I called Phone Power the person was pleasant and gave me the number. On the whole, I am very happy with the service.

Mar 07,2018Better service than wired at a fraction of the price. Includes voicemail, fax, call forwarding, blocking, and other features. Great to have control and access from anywhere with via a Smartphone App or the web. Important to have a good internet connection, however. Setup was OK but my issue was resolved quickly after calling the help desk.

Feb 18,2018To date, I’m satisfied with the service and voip product provided by Phone Power. I’m especially pleased that Phone Power was able to port my previous phone number without hassle. Other providers of voip services (after initially claiming that would port my original number) informed me that they would not, because where either not willing or able to work within my local exchange.

Feb 07,2018Love it! I use this for my own small business and work from home. Easy to order, they call to confirm, shipped and received my adapter within one week. I was on a call and it dropped but no biggie. It is to be expected with VOIP service. Most of these companies now days use VOIP services and you may not even know. I researched all VOIP providers for small home business first before I ordered. This one had one of the best ratings.
