Reasonable service with good features at a fair price.
I am very pleased with phone power quality of sound and stability of the lines. It is really good. Also please with phone power iPhone application. However, I am missing a quick dial in the app.
Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. If ya'll think I'm going to sit on hold for 15 minutes or more to get service, you have another thing coming. It's one thing to be put on hold and another to be put on hold to start service and give you my money.
They claim to have a 30 money back guarantee. I have contacted them multiple times to cancel service and receive a refund. I still have not received a refund.
Cutting the cord from cable has been quite an experience. Not all of it good. I'm pleased to say that Phone Power was the one thing that worked right out of the box. Still working great without a single glitch.
Transition from Vonage to Phone Power was very easy. Phone Power cost less per year. Why spend more dollars for the same service?

The system arrived on time and installed easily. Two weeks later my ISP sent a new modem which when installed seemed to upset the phone service. Tech support was readily available and together we were able to re-sync the phone after a couple tries so that it recognized my new modem. Phone service is great and I like the email notification ( with a .wav file attached) when someone leaves me a voice mail.
It works just fine. I connected the Phonepower box between my cable modem and router/firewall, connected a phone, turned off the router and powered up the Phonepower box. It booted, downloaded an update and came up fine. I turned on my router and Internet access was available just as before. I had to wait a few days until my AT&T phone number was ported over and then I was receiving phone calls just as before. I ran speed tests before and after instalation and there was no significant difference. Later, I replaced my cable modem and there were no problems. It worked fine with the new modem.

Sep 10,2017False advertising. I purchased 18 lines last month because their web site claims unlimited through obihai. No mention of a limit. In fact, I called to confirm and the sales guy assured me it's unlimited. When I got billed for overages, I called to ask why and the lady's response was " I can see why you'd think it was unlimited because it says unlimited but if you read our reasonable use clause..." . I went back to the website to make sure I didn't miss it. There's no asterisk next to the word unlimited, there's no mention of the reasonable use clause. And it's fairly hidden in their terms of agreement. She did cancel the lines for me and refund the yearly cost to me...but kept the overages? A little ironic. Terrible business practice. I will NEVER use this company again.
