Aug 08,2017I have been with Phone Power for about two month and am very satisfied with the phone service so far. The initial set up was smooth with the help of tech support to make sure I was connected. Phone conversations to include my weekly international calls are clear and the online account is easy to use and contains everything to track all phone calls, usage, charges, and other features like call block etc. Above all it is a lot cheaper than my old landline phone company. Switching to Phone Power does not include cancellation of old phone account which I had to do myself and it may be difficult to reach a phone power rep but those minor drawbacks are far outweighed by the benefits and I am highly recommending their service.

Aug 08,2017I have had service for about a month now. I am very happy with the quality and features of the phone. I received the equipment on time and they switched my phone number over without a snag. So I say goodbye to overpriced poor quality Centurylink!! My phone is clearer then it ever was with them. Keep up the great work. Also needed to call customer service and was very surprised how fast I actually got to speak with a live person! Greg

Aug 07,2017The phone service was great for the first 2 weeks. Then all of a sudden it became choppy and difficult for anyone to understand me. Then it started hanging up if my conversation was longer than 15 minutes, and not allow me to continue making calls without rebooting my computer. When I called their service department, I was informed that it must be an issue with my internet modem, and they would be unable to fix it unless I contacted my internet company and requested the password to access the settings for adjustment. That was an unacceptable answer for me as I never had any issue with any other soft-phone provider and this same internet company. I decided to go back to using Skype. The only good thing about the experience is that it happened before my 30 day trial was up, and I was able to cancel the service and receive a full refund.

Excellent price which is always compared to quality. I recommend everyone to this this out. They also have an awesome website that lets you look at everything. Terrific, Terrific, Terrific! Aug 07,2017i am on my fourth year with Phone Power. and highly recommend it to people i come in contact with. the voice quality is great. the price is right - although i feel $43 in taxes is exhorbitant.. that is almost 45% of the phone service. thank you.

Aug 01,2017Absolutely DO NOT use phone power! They are crooks and will charge you for returned equipment even if you return it! I was a customer for over 8 years, and then over 2 months after canceling they charged me $100 for equipment that had been sent back the same day of cancellation. BE WARNED - they will take your money without consent. Jesse from customer service was completely useless .

Jul 23,2017What a waste of time. I signed up and after weeks of delay they said I was ineligible. Wouldn't tell me why. Very frustrating. I went with Voipo, got immediate service and am very pleased with them. Stay away from Phone Power, wish I had.
