Over two weeks later, and my letter sent through pigeonly still says "processing". Mail that I've sent TO pigeonly to be processed to the prison was also sent over two weeks ago and still not delivered. Terrible.

4th party click . Don't waste your time with pigeonly, They'll only crap on your debit card with 4th party fees.

Do not use this company. There phone number is disabled. Took my credit card information and will not let me delete it. SCAM

I have absolutely no problem using pigeonly for sending photos and letters. But the app will not let me set up a best rate number. I'll put in all the info and submit it and it just pops up with "hold up! True" I'm trying to have more than a 1 minute conversation with my brother.

Update: Again, poor customer service. I already emailed them and the person that responded was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Im not sure why they are responding to my review asking me to email them when I've done so already. They took my money and refuse to refund. I sent them photographic proof stamped by the facility showing the correct address and they ignored my email and refuse to update the address to the correct one. This means some of your relatives will Not receive your letters, be careful. Extremely POOR service. I've recieved a bunch of letters and postcards I sent a relative a couple of months ago, stamped with the words REFUSED. Why? Because pigeonly have the WRONG address details for the facility on their website. my relative relies on letters to keep going and they haven't received any. Don't bother with them

I been waiting for them to pick up phone for two days now and I requested 2 call back and nobody ever called back and on top of that I got the United States number twice and it said that they was they was closed and but it was doing business hours and the sad part about is I'm still on hold the phone hung up twice and y'all don't even have no app and the only other way is to E Mail y'all but we still didn't get any where y'all need to have a agent available where we can talk right then and there so we can get the problem resolved I'm at t point where I want to delete my account with y'all I'm very disappoint with y'all sever have a nice day

The refund process at Pigeonly was seamless. When I had an issue, their customer service promptly addressed it, providing a swift resolution.

It's been almost a year now since you said you're trying to update your system and get us the best rate but until now we couldn't use your service even when you are paid the whole year. Just let us know if you don't want us to use your service any more than giving us false hope, you are being unprofessional people

He intentado muchas veces hacer el pago del plan ingreso los datos de mi tarjeta y me marca error tarjeta declinada, he intentado con más tarjetas y pasa lo mismo y por supuesto todas las tarjetas tienen crédito o saldo y todas están vigentes son visa y otras mastercard, ayuda! Alguien que sepa el motivo de este error

I thought this was a great service, for the 1 time I used it. I have tried to cancel my account in many ways: emailed 2x, called and "kept my place in line" but didn't receive a return phone call, and now I have been on hold for 1 hour. If they are still helping other customers, there must be so many complaints, maybe they need more "Customer Support Heros"! BTW, the on hold music repeats every 30 seconds and is becoming so irritating! Just mail photos and letters to your loved ones.

I have been trying over and over to set up an account but it won't except any of my cards. I've waited on hold for hours only for no one to pick up. Sent an email and waiting for a response. I don't expect I'll get one.

They are the worse I truly believe no one works their I have been calli Nv every day for over a month to talk to someone and trying on thr website to update my card information so I can pay for my subscription seeing I got a new debit card. I had to get a hold of them through Twitter and they told me that they are having issues with having and putting new credit cards in the system to pay for your subscription. It’s hard to get a hold of people there they don’t ever call you back and this is very upsetting and the fact that you want to communicate with your loved one that is incarcerated but yet can’t talk to real person or even have the option to put your new card information in . Very upsetting

They took money out for a free service of $34.99 X5 =174.95. They say they have refunded me but never happened, then will mail a check, NOTHING has happened. I have been fighting to get refund since 6/2022 today is 3/14/23. I have called hundreds of times along with emails. Emails saying they will look into and never followup with me. I have been trying the last month calling everyday on hold for an hour then get disconnected. I can not get a hold of anyone let alone get them to answer. I have sent a complaint to BBB, they as well can not get an answer from them. I have a feeling I am out $175.95. Beyond furious. They refuse to give me my refund. 3/24/23....Thank you for your reply but unfortunately that is what I've been getting told since last June that they are working on it and I never hear back. All I am asking for is my refund that I am entitled to. I do also want to add I still to date have not heard a word from pigeonly about the refund. No way it should take this long.

If you are having problems with your phone lines or system you should let your customers know by email or by putting message on your website . Your customers are spending money on calls to your customers service which don't answer or give you a call back like they say . pigonly don't not respond to emails until weeks later . This service is terrible you say u will monitor by account but the issue is your system not my account .

This company is HORRIBLE!!!! They have no problems with accepting your payments however you can NEVER get through to customer service. I have spent HOURS trying to reach them. I’ve been on hold for HOURS. I have pressed 5 to keep my place in line to receive a call back number & the call is never answered. This is unacceptable customer service!
