Was dealt with by Rob and Mo who provided us great service and explained each and every question that we have asked allowing us to view the vehicle and take it on a test drive ultimately ending up the purchase of a new car. Great service, great team and highly recommend! 😀

Visited tonypandy branch today. Was greeted by a salesman call mark.( Great name). Was left to look around and if we needed any help to give him a shout. With the help of Kay drove away in about an hour. Couldn't fault the service one bit. Would highly recommend. Thanks pinetree for all your help.

Found the perfect car for myself but there was a problem with the finance, Steve moyles to be be fair persevered and eventually secured the deal, a lot of dealers would have called it a day there and then, but I cannot thank Steve enough for his patience along with mark who must have got sick of bringing the car to the front and then back to the parking area, I would highly recommend the tonypandy branch to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, and the coffee is free

Visited the Tonypandy branch today and couldn’t fault the service we received. Mike and Steve were fantastic: informative, friendly and not pushy. I was able to take out the car for a test drive and took the car home on the same day. A very painless experience and I will definitely be recommending Pinetree to anyone looking for a new car. We bought a car there last week. I have taken the car for it first valet (as it wasn’t as clean I thought it would of been) only to find that when removing the mat there is a massive hole in the drivers side(footwell) that was covered when buying the car with paper , we have gone there today to show the problem the attitude and after care from the two men who were sat in the office was absolutely disgusting rob (one of the sales men) then said if the valeting team or one of us had seen this hole all we would of done is super glued the mat to the carpet they then went on to offer us mats to cover this hole instead of fixing this issue

I would recommend Pinetree to everyone, Rob was not pushy but very helpful and friendly. He made buying my car a very pleasant experience, he answered all mine and my daughters questions even sorted out the windscreen wiper that was annoying me before we had said yes to the car. Rhyanne was great too by the time I had paid for the car I felt I had known her a long time. All the staff we met there were really friendly and helpful.

Had a car from the Tonypandy store. Highly recommend, had to get a bigger car due to having a baby. They were very helpful & drove away the same day with no stress. Rhyanne was the person who dealt with me and my partner and was very helpful and kind through THOUGHT ALL WAS WELL UNTIL CHECKED Service history AND HAD IT MOT'D. They said they will do the advisories and fix the chip in windscreen and buttons on steering wheel as well has the nail in my tyre. I really dont understand how they can sell a car as practically brand new when there was so much that needs to be done, lets hope they fix every nook and cranny to a good standard thank god i had it mot'd early
