It's enough negative reviews here to understand that all those "positive" feedback is a fake. I faced the same: blocked funds because of inadequate reasons. The money have come from the trading platform more than a year ago, I used them to pay my suppliers and now they say the money are not from the trading platform, to prove this (ATTENTION!!!) I must withdraw MORE MONEY from this platform. Withdraw more money to those who have already blocked my funds. It looks like they just search for complete ... to make money on them. Besides, withdrawals to my banks from pingpongx don't work and as I can see there are a lot of people with the same problem. It is necesary to initiate a criminal case.
From the second transaction, my nightmare begun. I'm in VN, work for a company in US. Before the first time transferring, my company had contacted them and proceed a long long process, provided all the documents they required, then the first transaction is succeed. We all thought that we have to do all those steps once, but from the second, they hold the fund and asked all those stupid questions again, required all provided documents again, and now they still keep thinking more reasons to hold the fund. This is the last time I use their service. Too stupid and cumbersome!!
It says it is a receiving platform for marketplaces. But they blocked my money because they don't understand how withdrawals from ebay work at all! From the biggest marketplace in the world. How can they say that they are a receiving platform for marketplaces in this case?? I'm guessing the owners just hire incompetent employees to block more funds from customers. That is how their business "work"! And then they just use your money while you are trying to proove something although all withdrawal processes of marketplaces are in open sources and available for everyone who can use the internet.
This staff is absolutely superficial and is not responsible about their actions regarding customers funds, they just click buttons and don't care. If you lost thousands of dollars just because some employee clicked a button they wanted - this is your problem. It's impossible to proove anything to them, they just ignore. There is only one way to deal with this pingpongx - in court. And much better just don't use this platform and you will have no headaches.
Absolutely inadequate actions of employees. Support replies 1 time per week and says about some compliance team which blocks my payments. They block all my payments so I can't use my money at all. Payments to the exactly same companies for the exactly same goods and services that I paid successfully before. I guess this pingpongx is going to become a bankrupt so they are trying to keep the funds and don't let their customers to withdraw them.
As I see, I'm not alone. The same as most of the previous reviews - refusal of transactions without any real reason. So funds cannot be withdrawn to banks as they decline withdrawals from pingpongx, and cannot be sent to suppliers as their “compliance team” does not process transactions. Just a scheme of scam.
This platform attracts customers with "low fees" and first everything looks like ok. But when you collect some amount of money on your pingpongx account they start to block your transactions (withdrawals and payments to suppliers). They find any reasons for it. Finally you have just digits on your pingpongx account that you can't use. Submitted a FBI report about this scammers. Do the same! Don't let these scammers to steal your funds!!!
Recently did a funds transfer to purchase an item from a Hong Kong based company. The funds were debited from my account and credited to the payee, but PingPong kept saying the transaction was "pending" approval. Then I checked their website again, said it "failed"; PingPong never even bothered to notify me of this. The payee company did acknowledge this, said their funds are still in their account but unavailable. Now I am seeing these complaints, and looking to join others in possible legal action. UPDATE: Was contacted by PingPong; they said it would take perhaps 60 days to reconcile and return my money; additionally, their website now says my "bill" is "overdue". I've sent them pointed messages, plus I went to my bank to file a dispute claim; my bank says they should resolve in 45 days with a 10 day provisional credit, which is certainly better than 60-plus days. UPDATE #2: After all that's happened, this company has the audacity to send me spam trying to tell me what wonderful services they offer. Well, I've blocked that email addy. Let's hope the only thing I hear from them is notice of funds returned and an apology.
I tried to register on ur site, but password didnt work when I wanted to log in afterwards. I reseted the passowrd 2x and it was still "incorrect" password.

Pingpong is a great online global banking system for suppliers who do e-commerce sites. They have a dedicated support center to solve my issue anytime. I have been consistently using it over the past two years!

After making a purchase they banned my account. Right after getting it back from a previous ban. Once I made the purchase they decided to block me. I see lots of people complaining about how ping pong is doing this to customers and just trying to take their money and then ban them. After trying to talk to their customer support they said their compliance team and their higher-ups said not to look into my case. They kept on accusing me of doing something wrong and fraudulent. It's sad now that I can't purchase anything anymore and that they have now important information about me and don't want me to access their site. This is a stressful and scary situation I am in but I know that I can't do anything and Ping-pong's service and compliance team don't want to help me.
They scammers and totally do not give your incentive. They take your documents multiple times but don't give your payment.
THE WORST. Probably the worst, least convenient payment processor I encountered ever! The registration takes forever, once you submit your data, they want your documents. After that they ask more information about the use of the service. Then more & some more and after that a bit more. And it takes weeks for the whole back and forth. The support is obviously incompetent and don't even want you to join the platform. It's EASIER to open an offshore company than to open an account with these "wanna-be" payment processors LOL. Oh.. and they don't even have a working mobile site, so you have to do EVERYTHING on your PC. A complete joke. Whoever invested millions into this company - be prepared to lose it all. I'll just stick to Payoneer and Wise.
Absolutely incompetent employees who stop my transactions for no reason. I regretted withdrawing money to this pingpong, none of my banks accept withdrawals from them. The money is simply stuck on their balance sheet and they use it. When I want to make a payment to my counterparties, they cancel the payments. 10 times they ask to verify the same thing and download the withdrawal confirmation from my trading platform, it has been downloaded and verified 10 times already. You become hostages of these scammers, your money is stuck and you are forced to dance to their tune. They constantly find an excuse to leave money on their balance sheet. I will contact the police, the court and other government agencies.

Dec 16,2023Tried to open a Ping Pong payment account for making payment to overseas suppliers. After uploading requested documentation, my account was blocked. I tried to reach out to customer services to find out the reasons behind it via both Chat and email and this is what happened. 1) Emailed my account manager and received NO REPLIES once my account was blocked. 2) When I contacted customer support via chat, I received replies in broken English with very little punctuation. The support staff was not able to give me any useful info. The only info the support staff was able to provide is that there is something wrong with the documentation that I've uploaded and it caused my account to be blocked. I tried to ask them what the issues were in detail, their staff just sent me the same response over and over again. Thus I close down the chat and left a "unsatisfactory" review for the chat experience. And can you guess what happened next? The support staff sent me A NEW MESSAGE AFTER I close down the chat, and below is the exact text that was sent to me: "sir this rating is for me sir i have give you clear cut information" to express his or her disapproval of my feedback! I've kept copy of the chat transcript because this not something you'd see everyday: being called out by customer service after I closed down a chat and left a bad review! lol
