They onboard clients, verify information and then after sending a deposit into the account they freeze you for 5 weeks requesting personal information from every transaction on the marketplace that sent the deposit. Ultimately end up holding your funds for another month and give a generic reason as to why they decided no to accept the deposit. My family and I have been surviving on ROI from Planoff for the past 3 months Even if you deposit from a payment processor or large online marketplace its a nightmare to deal with, many better alternatives in the space. stay far away to avoid a additional bottlenecks.

Jun 09,2023PingPongX is a SCAM. They stole my money. $4,000. Last time I tried to load my PingPong Payments balance, the transaction was cancelled but they never sent my $4,000 back. THAT WAS BACK in December 2022. They DO NOT WANT to send my money back. They just refuse to do it. They said that the only option I have is to charge back, but that's not possible any longer due to my bank issues. Anyway, they do not refund anyone, as far as I see. May 16,2023This is a very weird situation, I purchased one item online in China, but they sent me the payment request from PingPond platform, when I open the link, it asked me to set up a business account which I am just an individual to buy an item, that is all, why I need a business to buy an item? second weird thing, it pre-assign a username for my account, and ask me to fill out my SSN number, and the username is an email, which it is valid email on gmail account. with the email, the person could change my password, I thought I could quick pay for this item and close it right away, but this platform doesn't let me to pay for it, it is under review now.

I don’t understand why my payments were declined and I’m given no notification by my so-called account executive. How is this a model for customer service? And why hasn’t anybody called me to tell me how to get the job done.
