PingPong value proposition is great It's such a great product for such little compromises. I've been using several other alternatives in the past and I can assure you PingPong is of the greatest value. Its Customer Support is also one of the best. Very timely responses and the support I get is just phenomenal. Shout out to Tracy! She's literally the best

this the most terrible company and scam and fraud ! they took my 3,238.11 EUR and refuse to give it to me ! it's been more than a month that i'm sending them email and they still ignore me and refuse to reply ! their live chat support is just a fake they don't have access to anything , can't do anything , and when you talk about your money or account ,they stop replying all those positive feedback on trustpilot are fake and made by their live chat agents there are lot of competitor of pingpong , i suggest people to not wast their time and money with pingpong , they will spam you with emails when you try to open an account saying that they have many features and once you receive money, they block your account and refuse to give your money , they also try to make it harder and complicate life ! they ask unlivable documents , selfi , IDs ... just to collect it and fraud people and re sell those IDs to third parties ! STAY AWAY FROM THEM , DON'T WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND IDENTITY ! Edit : don't pay attention to their reply ! they just use the copy past same template to make you think that they will help you ! until now , my money is still blocked on their side and they refuse to reply to my issue and to send my money ! Edit 2 : look at this screenshot what they asked me to provide : .snipboard. io/zKyNbC.jpg (remove space between dot and io) , so they will just ask to for maximum of documents and media in order to collect those identity documents to open accounts in other places or re sell it to third parties ! check the screenshot and see how they are abusing and trying to thieve identity of people

This is ridiculous fraudulent company! Firstly the suddenly ask me to re-verify my name again, and keep rejecting my valid ID. This is ridiculous, they have already verified before! Then I asked to withdraw, their system has error and get my account holder name wrong! (I cannot enter this information so it must be their fault!) and then they deduct a fee for their fraud. It is obviously robbery, who knows whatever reason they claim it is, it's their fault and they charge me ridiculously! Please just use other payment receiving providers! ** Update, I tried contact their CS via email no one replied, tried withdraw again using another bank and make sure 100% information is correct, and they just said failed and charge me fee again. So their scam is they will charge you unjustified fees until 100% your balance will be cheated! **

Wanted to register to get payments from apple app store to this company. I have sent them my documents(id, selfie with passport, bank statement etc.). And now they blocked my account without any notification what is the problem. Poor service from start. :)

One of the worst companies. I have ever seen. I provided them with all the required proofs for the verification of my funds, firstly they took 2 weeks for the verification and after that, they rejected the proofs without any reason. When I am asking for the reason they don't have any reason for it. Very bad experience!! I recommend you don't trust on them

Worst service ever. As far as I can tell, PingPong doesn't need a seller. and worst live support as usual. Verification will take a lot of time and no bank will support it except local banks. You can't even if you have company LLC documents.
