Jul 29,2023I made a mistake when did withdraw my balance. Instead of withdraw, I did transaction to email. It's showed pending since 3 days ago and still pending. I read the FAQ and found that it would automatically cancel after 24 hours. But right now, at this moment, it's still pending. I want to cancel the transaction but no option for me. I opened live chat, and no one answer. I send email to support, no one reply either. I call the number, and it said number's not correct. That's suck! Terrible experience! Stay away with this company. Pingpong team, check my Client ID 102307080010064123 and my Transaction ID: S01202307260449170863726.
