A very helpful customer sevices who explained the situation to me when i telephoned with regard to the upcoming inspection.
There is always someone there if you need them
phoned to say I had no hot water or heating, engineer out within a couple of hours and heating fixed but not water (on going problem)but appointment made for next week. I'm really impressed with the engineers that have come out over the past week or so.
Always polite, if and when I have had to ring. Portal in website easy to navigate. Never met the housing office of our area, which is a good sign.
I love where I live, I’ve had no issues.. but I do feel that the rent went up to high last year, and I’m a bit worried how much it will increase this year
I reported my fence and next doors bein blown down in the wind in feb wen next doors was standing empty by April next doors was fixed because someone was moving in and I’m was told middle of November I’m a 62 year old disabled person and think this is a joke.
So helpful and accommodating.
I feel we need a local office/representative who knows our area ,although staff at Preston are helpful they are not familiar with every estate.

friendly repair team
Had a really good experience buying our house and leading up to moving in, but the aftercare let the whole experience down. Communication was very poor. Overall, still had a good experience and I’m happy I’m my home.
I bought an ex show house and had a number of faults, these were rectified quickly upon notification. The only problem we have found is having only one radiator in the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen which doesn’t heat the space satisfactorily.
Places for people electrition mended a light fitting and it was a excellent job and tidied up my kitchen light
Very nice and help ful
