The product is amazing since I purchased a ploom from him I have saved over 200 pound on the cost of cigarettes. A very good representative for the brand and would highly recommend.

The battery is much better, and the taste is more natural than other products. You can find the product in every Tesco, which is good news to me. I want to give you a 5-star as you deserve it. Thanks to Rafael, who encourage me to swap to this product very professionally.

Mar 08,2024Although the customer care dept were ok at resolving a problem with 2 x devices that went wrong - it was very drawn out with having to send Post Office receipt for returns parcel - even though the returns label was sent to me by the Customer Care team - also to advise any one buying a new Ploom device - they don't seem to last very long whereas the old style lasted for ages.

Mar 13,2024Honestly I am really disappointed with the device because I bought it and stopped to work after 2 weeks plus I got in contact with the customer service who's really terrible because they guy took me like an idiot who doesn't know how to use the device. And this is not everything first time when I tried to buy it online I never received the device even it was saying they've sent it. Very disappointing.
