Oct 10,2023Great heated tobacco experience, the flavour and consistency is the best of all other tobacco heating devices — glad to see Ploom more widely available in Europe too as I travel there a lot and now don’t have to stock up on refills before each trip. Fantastic updated PloomX device, short heating time and 20+ sessions per charge. I like the current selection of tobacco refills but I particularly welcome the new tobacco flavour blends, I prefer stronger tobacco blends with more flavour and more nicotine kick. My go-to blend is Evo Bronze (sometimes also Amber, Azure, Magenta and Ruby) but this will now include the new Gold and Tan blends which I just tried and really like.

Oct 09,2023The product itself is faultless, very easy to use.... However the sakes team at your popup (Westfield Stratford) dose leave alot to be desired. A few factual errors and over promoting. Can't ship to Europe, never got the voucher promised when we tried to register. But overall happy to reduce the amount of cigarettes smokes. The ploom unit is great too.

Oct 05,2023No tar on my mouth, gum, teeth feels cleaner, healthy. Still sceptical whether I'm inhaling heat or tobacco. Not sure if I'm smoking smoke from heat or from tobacco. Definitely the health on mouth has improved, fresh feeling. Not sure about throat area whilst inhaling smoke, is it heat like from home fire, or tobacco. Researching.

Oct 05,2023I am experiencing ploom more than a year and a half without any other tobacco or vapor products I changed to ploom from IQOS which I was using for 4 years before, In my experience ploom have a very big advantage over IQOS in terms of consistency and flavor.

Oct 04,2023The product it self is good! The customer service is very let down but not by the people! Ridiculous age verification process that NEVER works! The competition age verification is only a click, I’m not surprised that stupid process is let so many people down to this product. Invite a friend only works after the age verification it’s a joke. Can’t order a thing because of this! But when they sell this like Tesco or a Pop up somewhere it’s seems so easy but in reality is just a headache!

Oct 02,2023I bought the Ploom X with three free packs of Amber tobacco sticks as an alternative to IQOS. I found the Amber sticks to be too strong and Evo do not offer an equivalent to IQOS Yellow Heets. I'll therefore have to remain with IQOS. It's a pity because product is otherwise good. The kind reply to this review from Ploom hasn't altered my disappointment. I have viewed the entire range of tobacco sticks on offer, but could not find any equivalent to the IQOS Yellow Heets. Maybe Ploom will look at this and address it for the future. In the meantime, I'll stick with IQOS.
