It really good to control my smoking habit and ploom does that with its timed smoke .to be fair that's all I need really .so ploom is helping me regulate my habit .with its health benefits it got to be good right ! OK no smoking is good for you .at least ploom reduces some of the harmful effects .

Nov 11,2023The one good thing is the excellent customer service. They reply quickly and politely. However, everything else is a disaster. I was promised a £10 discount. I bought it for £19, only to discover the discount is only for people who spent £20! What a con. The machine doesn't charge. I've tried 5 different chargers (the one they provided doesn't actually fit any standard connection). I've charged it for 15 hours, read the various booklets a dozen times, and at best I get about 2 minutes of extremely hot filter sensation, inhale as close as dammit to nothing at all, and as for exaling smoke- I've seen more from putting out a match. I've gone through all the 4 flavours I got with my purchase, and it's all the same, except the purple menthol has a slight mint sensation. Perhaps I just have a dud device. However I feel totally scammed.

Nov 11,2023Absolute rubbish experience with this product, the smell is disgusting & the cigarette broke in the chamber on first use, no none metallic tweezers supplied to remove broken cigarette so went straight in the bin. Avoid!!!!

Nov 01,2023Ploom uk offers a unique and cheap alternative to traditional cigarettes. However, I notice a recent change in the formula of the Evo sticks. While the change was not drastic, I found myself reminiscent about the old formula, which, in my opinion offered a more enjoyable experience. Despite the minor setback, I still believe that Ploom provides an excellent alternative to normal cigarettes. The device's design and functionality are commendable, but there is one issue that needs addressing: overheating. If you are like me and tend to use three sticks in a row frequently, you may have noticed that the device tend to overheat. This is a concern as the device is supposed to be capable of handling multiple sticks in a row without any issues. Another point I would like to bring up is the distribution of the Evo sticks. Currently, it seems that are primarily available in London. It would be greatly appreciated if Ploom could expand its distribution to store outside of London as well. Previously Ploom offered a good deal on block of cigarettes, pricing them at £40 when a single pack would be £45. However, the price for a block has now increased to £45, eliminating the discount offered for bulk purchases. As well, Ploom discontinued the discount codes, or at least on my past two order, which are always between 2-4 block of Evo sticks, I failed to receive one. These codes were a nice reward for loyal costumers and their absence has been noticed.

Oct 31,2023I've previously reviewed Ploom (14/8/22) and given it a high grade for a (probably) lowered risk smoking experience that hovers closer to cigarette than vape, and better than standard IQOS. I'd maintain that, given I'm still using Plooms (now X) - and actually I had a cigarette recently and didn't enjoy it. So thanks guys. HOWEVER - the recent "New Blend" of my favourite Bronze has come very close to losing me. I really don't like it. The new Tan is OK, but still not a patch on the old Bronze. So I'll probably be trying out IQOS Iluma soon, as I used to enjoy their Amber.

Oct 29,2023Great product, but very limited local availability. Just had a massive row with customer services after putting my order in 2 weeks ago and it being confirmed. Delivery is usually very prompt but not this time. Despite the order being there and me getting the confirmation I am without my order for no good reason. I have challenged this with cust care and both times Ive been fobbed off with an 'IT' issue being the problem. Was reasssured the problem would be sorted out but the same old rubbish excuse that the IT dept are investigating and will get back to me within 48....a work of fiction indeed. Left a very nasty taste in my mouth and looks like I'll have to resort to chargeback to get recompense

Oct 27,2023Handy size and neat design, gives a good nicotine hit but you really need to finish a stick in one session. I found that if you wanted to save a bit for later, the stick snaps inside the chamber, leading to a complex task of removing half of its charred remains.
