I had a situation today while replacing the vanity and sink in my bathroom. The pipe connected to the shut off valve had disintegrated, causing a water emergency. I acted fast and turned off the main water supply before reaching out to PM247 Plumbing. I must say, these guys are amazing! May 04,2024I didn't have much knowledge about boilers, so when mine broke this morning, I was at a loss of what to do. I attempted to contact British Gas and NPower, but unfortunately, neither had engineers available for 5 days. This was a problem considering I had no heating or hot water, and the temperature outside was -1 degrees! Thankfully, I came across PM247 while searching for emergency boiler repairs online. I called them at 8.30 and explained the issue. Within 15 minutes, they called me back with the name of the engineer who was en route to my location. Chris arrived promptly by 10am, identified the problem right away, and walked me through the solution. He also informed me about the part that may need replacing if the issue persists in the future. The job was completed, and my heating was back up and running by 10.30. Although there was a £110+VAT call-out charge, it was truly worth every penny.

We had a plumber at our house within an hour who was polite and quickly resolved the main issue. However, another problem arose with the toilet tank shortly after. PM247 sent the plumber back to fix it, but he needed an additional part. He returned the next day and fixed the tank. We highly recommend PM247 for their excellent customer service and quick response in resolving our toilet problem. Thank you!
