Apr 12,2025I had an issue with my delivery, my package was dropped off at the wrong unite by the driver in the building where I live. I immediately reported it to the pop on Veneers care team and explained what happened to my impression kit and they took care of my issue within matter of days. And I really appreciate it. They walked me through the whole process on what they were doing to get the kit to me. I emailed the pop on Veneers team and thanked them very much for doing what they've done for me.

I've been going through some serious medical issues while going through the process of trying to get the molds done etc I've made every payment and the down payment. I first ordered in February and they charge you every week. One week the payment couldn't go through because there was a fraud alert. Completely out of my control and very stressful on top of everything I was going through I had someone stealing my identity and opening credit cards In my name. I made sure to switch the numbers over to a new card as soon as I could to pay Pop on but they wanted me to pay another down payment on top of what I owe. I explained the situation and they had no compassion whatsoever. I dont even have my vaneers yet! Their 30 day promise is a joke they don't do full refunds and I hope all my followers spread the word because people think that 30 day promise means full refund. I really dont want to cancel since I'll be losing out on hundreds of dollars and never even recieved a product but why would I want to give more money to a company that can be so callus. EDIT: As you can see by their reply it's literally word for word almost every email reply they sent me when i asked to waive the fee. Not even human its like talking to A.I. I dont care if it's taken off what I owe I'm doing a payment plan for a reason! And I just had thousands of dollars stolen from me, so paying what I owe and giving you another $99 on top of all the money I've already given you without even receiving my product yet is ridiculous! You guys are definitely good at dragging everything out so you can squeeze every cent out of your customers, I'll give you that. Almost like 🤔🤔🤔 hmmmm scam artists? I just got another email after I've Said I want to cancel ten times from them asking are you sure you want to cancel? Can we show you how much refund you will be getting back before you say 100 percent. How disgusting is that??? Throwing that into someone's face that they won't be getting any or their money back because they have so many bs fees even tho like I stated I never even recieved my vaneers smh sick.

I even had to call when I made a mistake, the lady walked me through what I needed to do so politely. The impressions are step by step the turn around time from sending the molds to getting my veneers was only maybe 7-10 days. My veneers have given me back my smile and fit like a glove! Love them!!
