Mar 22,2025Absolutely awful experience with this company. I paid for set plus backup and the first set I could fit my finger between top and bottom with my teeth closed!! Not one tooth broken or worn was corrected. Two more remakes and it didn't get much better. I could not get them to make the incisors long enough to overlap bottom!! The fact I had to ask for what they offer was insane but even having to ask for standard esthetics and functionality. They are refusing to refund because they tried 3 times. I should not be able to see my tongue with my teeth closed. Awful experience.

Mar 20,2025My husband bought only the lowers of Pop On Veneers and they broke in 18 days! We fully expected them to at least Replace the lower veneers, that cost us $250! [Invoice #D226322] Harry M. They did not honor the 30 day warranty! This sounds like a Scam company if they’re going to charge you that much for veneers that only last 18 days and will not replace them according to their warranty. My husband sent several emails letting them know they broke right away and they did nothing. Customer service is a joke. Stay Away from These Pop On Veneers - it is A Scam

Mar 20,2025Update 3/28: I received the correct veneers for my impressions in the mail today and the fit is great. They are very secure. I had originally requested to have defined incisors (as opposed to completely flat across the top arch) and they did not implement this request. I sent many pictures showing the design I wanted and it doesn't seem anyone paid attention to any of the requested details. They look pretty fake compared to the dentist Snap On Smile brand I am used to... but in terms of quality/value i give these a 3/5. Update: The Popon team responded to my Trustpilot feedback stating they had emailed me with "next steps" but I have checked all my folders and there is no email. Update 2: I finally broke down and called their customer service number. After a 15 minute hold, I was asked to return the incorrect order (no offer to send me a label) and wait another week for the correct veneers. I would think it's within their capacity to expedite things, but apparently that is standard operating procedures. I have provided my photos and design specifications again but I am not feeling very optimistic this company actually pays attention to details or cares about customer satisfaction. After waiting a painful 2 weeks, my Popon Veneers package arrived today. I rushed home from work really excited to practice speaking for a corporate video I scheduled for tomorrow with my new and improved image. Upon opening the box, I first noticed the grey molds were not even of my teeth - like at all! They had sent me someone else's order! Upon contacting customer service I was asked to send photographs of the numbers stamped on the molds... which I did... and I have yet to receive any reply. The phone number tells you to send and email and hangs up. If someone else came by here to complain and the order ends in 7307... I have your veneers with no instructions on what to do about fixing this huge shipping error 😞 They do look really nice though... wish I could get them to you and receive mine.

Mar 19,2025I love love love my pop on veeners!!!! I ordered Hollywood white the first time which I have been wearing every day!!! I get lots of compliments on them and people don't even know they are not my teeth. I think maybe they are little too bright so I ordered a spare in natural white and I am waiting for a remake because when I received them they didn't fit right but I got an immediate response from them and filled out the form and am excitingly waiting for my spares to arrive. If your thinking about purchasing pop on veeners don't think about it anymore just do it. It's the best thing I could of done to get my smile and confidence back because I can't afford the alternative.

I would have no hesitancy trusting in them to get a great smile. If you have any issues with the product as I requested slight changes lthey are 100% there to help you and make corrections custom to your liking. There are very few companies out there that are this consistent. It’s very easy to be impressed with them.
