Jan 02,2024Still waiting for tiles. Ordered in Early September (I had underordered on an ongoing project. In fairness i was told they werent in stock and would be at least 5 working days). Booked fitter for late September on information. They did not arrive, I was told they would be in the week after. No problem. Rebooked fitter. Since then I have chased and emailed and just been told "we are getting them to you ASAP". It us now January 2024 and no tiles. No communication. A half finished patio, and lord knows when the fitter can come back to me. Awful

Dec 15,2023I ordered tiles that were good, but these arrived with 2 months of delay. They had the wrong delivery date on their website, and throughout the waiting they kept saying on their website tiles were available for delivery. So it seems they lie about availability. Then when they finally arrived, I didn't get an email confirming delivery. Just a random call and delivery was on same day. What if I hadn't been home to receive? All along very poor communication. I was always made to feel bad for checking in about tiles. 2 months wait is OK if proper communication is then in place. And no false expectations from website. I wouldn't order from them again. I also wrote a review on their website which they have just deleted...

Dec 15,2023I ordered some samples which were delivered quickly. I then purchased one of the tiles online. Unfortunately, the tiles that were delivered were a different colour to the sample that was given. The sample was more of a grey texture however, what was delivered was more white so very different tones. We had builders booked so couldn't reschedule them which meant we didn't have time to research new tiles, get more samples and hope they matched! I understand if the shades were a little different however, the tiles were a different colour! Porcelain Superstore has dismissed my complaint referring to their T&Cs. I've requested a call but have not heard back. Disappointing - as samples are meant to give you the confidence to purchase the tiles - that's what it says on their website too! If the sample might be different from the actual tiles then I feel like samples defeats the point of what it is....

Dec 07,2023Purchased the Terrazzo Tutti Frutti tiles. Have to say, these are really really nice looking, and at a fraction of the price of other terrazzo tiles. Delivery was good and secure. Would recommend.

Dec 05,2023After reading some reviews I was unsure whether to order tiles with Porcelain Superstore. However, they were the only supplier who had the tiles I wanted so I took the plunge and ordered approx 500 hexagon tiles for a new build bathroom (island delivery). There was a small issue with a 3rd party courier but after a call to customer services, Liz was able to get it quickly resolved and provided a constant update on the delivery. The tiles arrived on time to be used on the project, they look great, and there were no breakages (on a pallet based international shipment!). Great customer service (Liz), I would use again.

Nov 08,2023I ordered the tile I needed for backup and replacements. They were exactly as described and as wanted. They arrived well packaged and despite a small order came both promptly and completely intact courtesy of DPD. Really happy and following this experience would both recommend and use again.

Nov 03,2023Shocking floor tile arrived when it said but the wall tiles never and they didnt let us know, then they said they would come on friday they didnt then it was wednesday and guess what never turned up so we emailed today and they said they had been delivered and sent a picture of the floor tiles from the other week… we have to keep knocking the tiler back which might be costing him money or me if he puts it on the bill DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! What a joke

Oct 30,2023Avoid this company and their poor quality tiles. Paint flakes off so easily that they can't be cut. Some arrived with paint missing from the fluting. Bought some tiles, advertised as 8mm on website and actually 9.5mm making them unusable. Sent replacements out which I had to pick up from the warehouse because customer service and logistic are inept. Funny how Liz and Sam only reply to the positive emails on here. Sam couldn't be bothered to reply to my email so fobbed me off to someone who knew was on annual leave. Liz refused to take a call as she was 'busy'.

Oct 27,2023samples were quick and perfect, so we ordered , but beware......the full order was 80% imperfect as most tiles were not good enough to use. Customer services said they were supposed to be imperfect to make look 'old', but no'old'ones in the 4 samples???????, we asked to return, and were told we could at our expense , this order was very heavy and delivered on a pallet, and as 'not fit for purpose' should have been collected, this was refused and the phone put done, very rude. They need to send samples that accurately show the product, obviously they picked out 4 good ones as samples, what a terrible company, we now do not have enough good tiles to tile our kitchen and £200 of rubbish tiles to bin

Oct 25,2023I ordered a full set of tiles for our hall and bathroom . The day after a promotion code came out for 15% off all tiles. I emailed asking if I could have this applied and within and hour they had issued a refund. Amazing help and service I really couldn’t have asked for more.

Oct 19,2023The online support is prompt, knowledgeable and helpful, the choice of tiles is excellent, the online experience is very smooth, but I’m marking down for the return policy which uses words that aren’t clear. WARNING: you cannot return left over boxes, even if unopened. You can only return the full order. Measure well!

Oct 19,2023Complete waste of time. Horrible customer service. Massive delay in my order. I received 102£ extra discount as a goodwill gesture but they took that back from me, took more than a month to get tiles delivered and when time came close they extended the delivery period by an extra 20 days. Horrific experience. Eventually had to cancel the order. I will never deal with them again and will go to consumer court for this inconvenience caused.

Oct 04,2023Absolutely amazing customer service from Emily, we placed a sizable order and then found out that we needed a few more tiles. They were all delivered on time and as described. We did have a few broken tiles, which was not bad when we had 110+ tiles, this was resolved very quickly and the patio looks amazing. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Sep 29,2023We recently purchased tiles for our bathroom refurb. I was in contact with Liz from the CS team re some questions, to which I received timely and constructive responses. Liz also offered me a 5% discount code out of goodwill! Within days of the tiles arriving, they rolled out an autumn sale for 15% off. It bothered me seeing as we could’ve saved some ££, so I reached out to Liz and she kindly refunded me the difference - no questions asked. Amazing. The tiles were exactly what we wanted too so we are customers for life. Thank you.
