Sep 15,2023Ordered 4 different sample tiles from Porcelain Superstore. 2 of the 4 were badly smashed on arrival, the sample tiles I ordered from 2 other companies all arrived intact. It doesn't bode well for placing an order for 70 square meters unfortunately.

Sep 11,2023Bought over 200 patio slabs. More than 80 were cracked or broken. Because we did not inspect them at the time we recieved them they will not given us a refund on the broken ones or replace them. Sent them numerous photos and videos showing damage happened during delivery or before. Would not recommend this company. Awful customer service.

Sep 11,2023Half of my order was a little bit late. This was a little bit inconvenient as we had made arrangements to be home on the planned delivery date and were at work the day after. However, Emily from Customer Services kept me updated and they were delivered to my neighbour safely. Would have been helpful to have been told that only half the order was delivered (the first half came in two boxes so we didn't realise it was only half) so that we could have arranged to be home for a second day. But they're lovely tiles, worth the wait :-)

Sep 07,2023Sample order tiles are big enough to make a choice from (unlike elsewhere) so went on to order from Porcelain Superstore. Customer service was fantastic especially from Emily. Sorted out slight issue same day! (not porcelain superstores fault, but the manufacturer) Only placed a small order but still felt valued, will be ordering from them again when we get round to kitchen and bathrooms.

Sep 03,20238 out of 10 expensive boxes of tiles broken(chips at corners and hairline cracks).Customer service making it as difficult as possible to get a refund.This company expect you to check all tiles on delivery which is impossible when extremely heavy pallet of stacked boxes arrives.Unless you write damaged on delivery form they don't want to knows!So far have received approx £800 of useless damaged tile.The tiles I ordered have the most complex grained design on so the only way to show hairline cracks is to break them along each crack.Sent 2 photos they asked for photos of all tiles so literally had to cover my lawn with broken tiles into 16 jigsaws(took 4 hours)and sent 16 pictured of separate tiles to prove they were all broken.Even then after doing what they asked they try to blame it on the tiler who I had watched check and show me damage on each tile before trying to cut in half to salvage unbroken parts.Now I am going through credit card company to claim money back.The customer service adviser Liz was very aggressive in her approach and took no responsibility for damage.She told me if I remove my negative review upon her checking it's gone she would give partial refund...guessing that's why there are some positive reviews on here as people have to write something nice to get their money back.Pretty much most reviews detail broken tiles on arrival I will let you draw your own conclusions.

Ordered the tiles both wall and floor last Thursday delivery came on Monday unfortunately there was a few boxes damaged . Customer services via phone we’re brilliant and Liz for helping re organize more tiles to be sent out . Can’t fault this company . Would use them again .

Aug 31,2023I ordered 3 boxes of wood effect floor tiles, they looked a little darker that what I’d chosen from other companies. I’d been out off ordering from the other companies because of the ridiculously high delivery costs and I googled the general style of tiles I wanted and came across this company. Delivery was cheaper than the 2 other companies I had looked at. And the style was slightly different but would give the effect. Received them yesterday and they are BEAUTIFUL. They don’t have the reddish tint I thought they might (the colour was walnut). 60x60 tiles and they are just perfection. Haven’t opened up the boxes fully but delivery was really good and the driver rang before coming and was really helpful in getting the tiles as close to my house as possible. I’ve had surgery and couldn’t have managed without him. I was worried that they would put them on the kerb (my house is really set back from the road - there is a ramp style public pathway that is closer to the house too) and I honestly was so relieved with the delivery experience. Also had an additional discount code on the site which was a massive plus compared to the other places I looked. Very likely to buy the same tiles for downstairs! EDIT: changed my rating to 2 instead of 5 stars as now that my fitter has opened the tiles they have chips down one side. He said it looked like they had slid and hit the edge of something. Really really upset about this as they were beautiful tiles, if only loaders/delivery company was more careful.

Aug 13,2023As architects we've had our fair share of ominous online tile suppliers as others have experienced, but i can tell you, its not from here! Thankfully we've experienced nothing but amazing staff, super helpful, friendly and courteous, thanks liz, emily and the warehouse team. Sample tiles that we've ordered for clients have been well packaged, quick delivery and of a suitable size to aid clients and sample boards. Delivery has been great too, very well packaged products, great caring delivery team. We have also ordered over 200 sqm of tiles in various shapes and sizes and not one was chipped or broken. This is a company we believe that makes an effort and in our eyes goes a long way to future orders! Great job all...
