Asked more and more info even though they said time and time again this will be the last bit of info we need .Plenty of other companies to use . I have a friend who used these guys and he had a similar experience. My financial advisor has stopped recommending them to .

Feb 13,2020this took one year to sort out. you asked for 3 months statements from all our accounts and took so long we had to do it again. then you asked us constantly for paperwork you already had. Asked us some pointless questions about less than £100 amounts and to prove with yet more paperwork. The loan has finally been actioned but i would never use you again. I was approved for a loan in Florida in 20 minutes before i had even decided if i wanted to buy there! Perhaps you should take a long hard look at your personnel and do some training I am a property renter with 20 years experience and over 50 properties. This is the worst experience of borrowing I have ever experienced - makes me want to sell up and move to sunnier climates preferably with no phones or internet so I couldnt be contacted by anything financial. Very disappointing experience.
