Oct 24,2017These guys were awesome. I submitted my art, had a color issue and resubmitted. Even with that issue, I still received my programs (over 1000) ahead of their deadline. The programs came in and they were BEAUTIFUL. Would definitely recommend lamination on the cover.

Oct 21,2017PROS: Substantial 1. They provided the exact format I needed at no extra cost. 2. It was very easy to typeset the book to their specifications. 3. The color fidelity was very good. 4. The books came when promised. 5. The books were protected from water by a sealed plastic wrap. 6. The print was crisp with no smudging or any other problems with quality. CONS: Minimal 1. Some of the pages were not cleanly punched for the spiral making it somewhat difficult to turn the pages initially. 2. Two of 100 books had small light areas on the color cover. QUALIFICATION: This was a preliminary 100 prepublication copies of a spiral bound 44 page 8 1/2 x 11 landscape formatted book with glossy full color pages and satin cover. I plan to do a larger run of books for release to the public soon.

Oct 21,2017I've done a few projects with Pixartprinting and they've been wonderful. I was a little worried about not getting proofs, but the finished products were exactly as I imagined they'd be. They are also quick to fix things (like when I accidentally ordered lamination on one book) and they refunded the difference right away. In the past I had used other small run printers as well as larger print-on-demand companies through my publisher, but they were pricey and didn't have the number of options I wanted. I've had people comment on how nice my books look (even my publisher!) and I've turned a number of designer friends onto them.

Oct 18,2017I placed two orders with the company for 200 PVC prints in each order. The prints were not unreasonably priced, but with that quantity, it was a large purchase. The first order of 200 signs arrived with print issues. I sent in high resolution images that should not have had any problems printing, they arrived off registered with banding issues in the print. Customer service was very accommodating getting the order remade and shipped out quickly. The second order came before the reprints and it had the same issue, so they reprinted our second order as well, assuring me the prints will be fixed and no issues with the resolution, banding or registration. I received the two reprint orders, same problem. I now have 800 signs unable to be sent to stores because they are not quality prints.

Oct 18,2017The web site isn't very user friendly, The guy I spoke with told me I needed to put everything inPDF which I did and then he told me they couldn't get the image for the bulk of my order and was only able to send one banner when I wanted an additional 8. I still don't understand why it wouldn't work. He mentioned something like vector files. There were no options for this type of file. I haven't ever heard of such a file. He wasn't helpful in trying to problem solve the issue. If it worked for one banner it should have worked for the others. I did everything the error message told me to do. So we were not happy with this order.
